This was the perfect place to stay for Oceans Calling. The host was very responsive. The unit was very clean and much bigger than expected. We had no issues with staying here. We would definitely stay here again. It was a quiet street and was close to good restaurants and takeout.

The condo was great and the proximity to the beach was very convenient. The only negative is the parking. The available spots were in an alley and if you parked in one, then you’d be blocked in. We had to play car shuffle a few times. But other than that, we had a great time!

Communication was great, property was excellent and everything was as described in the listing. We didn't use any of the provided beach equipment but it is there as listed. Middle hallway shower is a little bit tight, but overall comfort and cleanliness was excellent. Just one bit of advice is to bring some throw blankets or extra blankets if you or anyone in your family run cold as the AC works very well (central AC). There was only one small throw blanket on the couch and we did not see any extra blankets in the closet so my kids ended up using towels. My kids did make a bit of ruckus on the first night while I was out getting dinner which disturbed the folks below us but after that first night I think we were OK on the noise.

Family Friendly, Easy Beach Access, Great Stay

The listing was exactly as described and the host was communicative and attentive.Easy beach access and parking right in front of the unit. There was plenty of Beach stuff that we really didn't need to bring any of it ourselves and were able to leave most of that packed. Didn't have any issues.

We had a small girls weekend away. The home was clean, had everything we needed and more! The location was perfect to the beach. I loved that there were chairs and umbrellas to use - so convenient! All of the instructions were clear. The owner responded quickly to messages - always friendly and helpful. I’d absolutely stay there again! We had a wonderful time.

This home was a wonderful find. Spacious for 4 adults and 2 pre-teen kids. Beautifully decorated with all our essential needs. Easy walk to the beach. Nice front porch to hang with friends/family. We cannot say enough great things about our stay. Property owner was readily available with any questions we had. Thank you, Sharon!!

Wonderful place!

Such a great place for families! Close to the beach and boardwalk. They offer so many amenities which is extremely helpful! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and made our trip that much better!

Top notch location/Top notch service!!!!

It was everything that it was advertised to be! Perfect location to the beach - could come and go as needed. Perfect location to restaurants, ice cream, markets and mini golf. Roomy inside with 3 nice bedrooms and all the amenities you will need. And Sharon is an awesome owner - great communicator and excellent person! Would love to come back again!!!

Our stay at this property was absolutely excellent! Sharon was incredibly prompt in her responses and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She kindly accommodated both an early check-in and a late check-out, which made our trip even more enjoyable.The property is in a fantastic location—just 20 steps from the beach! You really can’t beat that kind of access. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.Parking was also completely hassle-free—each unit has its own designated parking spot, which was very convenient.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Friend Vacation

Sharon's communication was great through the entire process. The space was as described and very clean upon arrival. Super close to the beach and right on a public access path. It's a little North of the boardwalk/bar area but if you don't mind taking an uber it's not a problem at all. There are also plenty of options around the area as well. Would definitely recommend booking here/through Sharon!

Peaceful vacation spot with everything you need!

This was a wonderful spot! The location is fantastic—perfect for families who want to escape the OC crowds while still being close to restaurants and shops. The property was clean, comfortable, and had EVERYTHING we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for those looking for a peaceful getaway with easy access to local attractions! A Real Treat

The location was perfect. All the little details were planned for. We flew in from out of town and had the toiletries and kitchen items and beach items needed. It accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. The apartment was really comfortable. & lovely.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Perfect spot to enjoy the beach and restaurants! Literally steps from the sand, the host provided beach chairs and umbrellas and more! The house was stocked with all the little things one would need for their stay. Very clean and super cute! The host was very easy to communicate with. We had a really nice time in OC and will definitely be looking to stay at this place again!

This place was wonderful and fully accommodated all of our needs for our family of 4. Great location, clean, and lots of little added amenities at the condo (chairs, beach mats, umbrellas) that made packing a breeze!

Beach vacay

This location is perfect! We were able to walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes with 2 kids. The bedrooms were excellent. Kitchen commodities were great. Would definitely stay again. Travel to multiple restaurants was easy. Just a short easy drive to the boardwalk.

Perfect Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

My brother, myself, and our significant others wanted to get away for a few days for Memorial Day and we are so grateful we found Sharon’s place! It was an incredibly clean and well kept condo, super cute decorations and amenities and in such a perfect location! Sharon was so attentive and checked in every day. The check in and check out processes were simple and easy to follow. The condo was in walking distance to some great shops and restaurants and genuinely only 50 steps from the beach! Having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, and other items was a great added bonus as well. If we could give this place and Sharon 6 stars we would, we were shocked a place this good was still available for rent for Memorial Day weekend since we only booked a few weeks ago. If we ever come back to OC I will definitely try to stay here again and would recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing, and easy stay on the beach!

Relaxing weekend in OC

We really loved our stay. The condo was perfect for our group of 6. We had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the front porch, watching the ocean while drinking coffee was lovely. Super short walk to beach. We would definitely reserve this house again. Also Sharon was very kind and helpful.

Beach visit

We had a wonderful stay at the Dellwood. Great communication with hosts. Had an amazing time on the beach and were able to enjoy some local attractions as well! Met the downstairs neighbor who gave us some recommendations for places to eat, visit and even coupons! The only downfall was that internet service was poor. Wifi was not working and we only had 4g service in many areas we visited - which is good unless you are lost or trying to find something to do. We did contact Sharon and Paul who set us up with the internet providers - but ultimately it was not repaired for our visit. Overall, a great stay with tons of amenities available to us throughout our stay!

Perfect getaway seconds away from the beach!

This home was perfect for our family’s first beach vacation. The house is in a great location-super close to the beach and walkable to lots of restaurants, shopping, ice cream and mini golf. The house is also very well appointed and has everything we needed and more. Parking was a little tricky but we made it work. Overall it was a great stay!

Sunrise Sunsets

Condo was great for a perfect beach vacation. Just walk down steps and 50 steps your on the beach. Take a walk to shops, restaurants, ice cream, mini golf. 3 blocks and across street youll see the most beautiful of sunsets at Sunset Island. We went to Assateague Island ! Amazing horses ponys come right up to the car. My only regret is that i didnt stay longer! Well be back next year. The owner Sharon was so pleasant and helpful and accomadating to all our needs. The condo had everything for a nice vacation. Parking can be difficult but not impossible there. We managed 2 cars parking . Most days not even the drivewsy.

Amazing weekend at the beach

Sharon’s home was exactly as described - a perfect summer home situated right next to the beach. Stayed with three couples and we all had the best time. Highly recommend and hope to be back next summer.
