Strategically positioned on the waterfront, this 2nd story unit unfurls stunning beachfront views from the living room, kitchen and across the balcony. Sip on your morning coffee as you soak in the captivating views, or head down for a walk along the water.

The communal pool is positioned at the front of the complex with panoramic views across the water so the whole family can stay together but still have the option of the beach or pool. The grassy reserve is perfect for games, picnics and so much more.

4 Pelican Sands is fit with a fully equipped kitchen, internal laundry with washer and dryer and a double garage to fit 2 small - medium cars. A BBQ is provided in the lock up storage room, please note this needs to be used downstairs in the pool area.
