Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight.
No Parties or Events
Strictly no parties, gatherings, functions, celebrations, or events.
The apartment is located within a residential building and excessive noise will not be tolerated.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please be respectful of neighbours at all times.
Smoking
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the building common areas.
Additional cleaning fees may apply if evidence of smoking is found.
BBQ Use
Please clean the BBQ after each use.
Turn off the gas bottle when finished.
Guests may be charged for excessive cleaning if the BBQ is left dirty.

Do not throw any items from balconies or windows.
