La maison est bien agencée et bien décorée.Par contre l emplacement ne correspond pas à l annonce.Elle n est pas proche de la merLa plage de Port Miquel ne comporte qu une petite bande de sable à marée haute…à marée basse elle est constituée de vase. Celle dite la grande sable ;de plus elle est envahie de touristes…Quant à la piscine indiquée dans l annonce elle mesure 2 m par 2 mètres avec une profondeur de 40 cms et des panneaux de firociment susceptibles de contenir de l amiante;personne n a éu envie de la tester

Tres bien pour feter un anniversaire entre amis . Prevoir une bonne petite marche pour personne un peu moins valide Nous avons fêté un anniversaire insolite de 70 ans en arrivant avec mon propre bateau et avec un excellent service de rade Que du bonheur sur une ile magnifique

Villa très bien entretenue à proximité du bourg mais assez éloignée pour avoir un calme apaisant. Très bien équipée et agencée. Contact avec le propriétaire et le gérant au top et de très bons conseils l’un comme l’autre

Location à améliorer

Location très bien située dans le bourg .Première impression très bonne mais quelques bémols : extérieur pas entretenu, pelouse synthétique, ménage très approximatif (poussière +++ ). Le prétexte de travaux récents n’explique pas tout .Il est possible de dormir à 7 dont un enfant car les futons ne sont guère utilisables !!!! Quelques améliorations et ce pourrait être très agréable . Le concierge Paul est très réactif et particulièrement aimable ..

Bonjour Martine, Je ne comprends pas vos remarques : - Les extérieurs ne seraient pas entretenus... En quoi ? La pelouse est en effet synthétique mais cela me semble visible sur l'annonce. - Pour la poussière, nous sommes intervenus et avons corrigé le tir dans les 2 heures après que vous m'ayez indiqué ce souci. - Quant aux banquettes qui ne seraient pas utilisables, là encore, je ne comprends pas votre commentaire. L'une a été achetée chez Maisons du monde. Elle est neuve, et l'autre a très peu servie. D'autre part, le canapé Cinna dans le salon peut faire office de lit si besoin. Le matelas est quasi neuf et est très confortable. Il existe donc 11 couchages mais nous ne souhaitons pas louer la maison pour plus de 8 pour le confort des voyageurs Dernier point : Vous aviez réservé pour 5. Nous aurions pu surement mieux préparer votre venue et les lits si vous aviez prévenu à l'avance que vous seriez plus. Très cordialement Emmanuel
