Do Not Stay Here Unless You Enjoy Being Nickeled and Dimed by a Host Who Doesn’t Care

We left the property spotless, cleaner than when we arrived, and I have photographic proof. Yet the host still had the nerve to complain and tried to charge us an extra cleaning. There were absolutely no clear instructions about where to put the trash, and we searched the entire place without finding a single bin. That kind of basic info should be obvious or communicated. It wasn’t.It gets worse. The host never greeted us, never checked in, and left us completely on our own. We had to rely on the neighbor to help us figure out how to get in because the host’s instructions were vague and lazy.To top it off, they actually tried to charge us for using the hot tub, which we never used and also against Vrbo policy. We lifted the cover to check the water temperature, that’s it. It’s on the property and wasn’t listed as off limits, so the charge is ridiculous.Oh, and the towels? Filthy and barely larger than hand towels. We had to go out and buy our own. Truly pathetic.The host is rude, useless, and completely disconnected. If you expect even the bare minimum of hospitality, look elsewhere. This person should not be hosting. They’re unprofessional, they don’t care about their guests, and they certainly don’t deserve your money.Spare yourself the frustration and book somewhere else. I’ll be filing a formal complaint with VRBO. I take care of every place I stay. Too bad this host can’t say the same about how they treat their guests.

Voyageurs qui ne lisent pas les informations envoyées pour l'arrivée et qui se permettent d' aller déranger la voisine au lieu de m appeler.Non respect du règlement et se servent du spa alors qu ils ne l ont ni réservé, ni payé ( spa en supplément spécifié dans l annonce). Le ménage est effectué par une société de nettoyage et je n ai jamais eu de reproches et je vérifie toujours avant l arrivée des voyageurs. De plus ils se permettent de mettre un avis négatif sur l atelier vélos qui est sur la propriété et qui n a rien avoir avec le gites, car ils n ont pas apprécies d avoir été facturé pour le spa. Je vous déconseille fortement ces voyageurs.

Séjour très agréable

Agréable séjour , petite cabane bucolique comme son nom l’indique, Pas loin de bord de Garonne, proche de Toulouse et de ces transports si vous préférez les prendre au lieu de la voiture. Merci à Laurent pour son accueil

Un tout petit chez soi

Dedans, c'est tout petit, mais il y a tout ce dont on a besoin, intimité comprise. La terrasse et le jardin sont eux privatifs, sans vis-à-vis, et vastes. De plus, l'hôte est charmant, disponible et plus que sympathique. Nous ne saurions que le recommander.

Si on met une note aussi base, j estime qu il faut la justifier par un commentaire. Vu l attitude de ces voyageurs pendant le séjour, cela ne me surprend pas
