Extremely small unit

The location was fine but the building feels and smells like a university dorm. It is not appointed well. Very old cookware, chipped dishes and just overall lack of attention. if you request any additional paper goods we were told they were not included. A mid week “free cleaning “ did not change linens and since there is no laundry service of any kind you are sleeping on the same sheets and using the same towels for the whole week. Courchevel is a lovely town but I would recommend this condo.

Dear Sandra, Thank you for taking the time to write us an opinion. We are sorry to read your experience did not meet your expectations. As per the cookware and dishes, it is too bad we were not informed as it could have been replaced. We will make sure to pay more attention to this and thank you for this constructive remark. Linen during cleaning can be changed but upon request; in fact, for environmental purposes, we chose not to change them if it is not requested. All in all, thanks for your constructive feedback which will help us to enhance the stay of our guests. We hope to welcome you another time to provide you with a better Emerald Stay experience. Best regards, The Emerald Stay Team
