Stunning 24 Karat Cabin in Broken Bow - Hochatown!

The stunning 24 Karat cabin is a mid-century modern inspired gem!
This one bedroom cabin boasts over 1200 square feet of modern amenities and contemporary decor, well secluded from main roads and other cabins.

The upscale kitchen has white cabinets and blue glass subway tile back splash. Blue barn-doors open into the bathroom and gorgeous bedroom, with king size pillow top mattress, and 50″ flat screen TV. The attached bathroom sports a 7 ft tile shower with a rainfall-waterfall-body shower for a personal spa experience.

Doors lead to the back deck from the living area as well as the bedroom. Walkout onto the 500 square foot deck where you can enjoy the gas fireplace with easy on/off switch, and the multiple person hot tub. There is a bistro table and gas ceramic top griddle (propane provided) for enjoying a meal outdoors. On the gravel yard there is a circle fire pit for enjoyment of a wood fire while roasting marshmallows or viewing the stars.

A circle driveway allows for easy access for towing boats or other water craft. The family room has a beautiful queen size sofa bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress, so the cabin sleeps 4.

PETS:
We are dog friendly, but require a $50 per pet fee - limit 2 and dogs must be under 75lbs. Contact us about bigger dogs. NO CATS.

Dogs are strictly forbidden from being on bedding and furniture, and must be crated at all times when left alone in the cabin.

There are two crates there in the bedroom closet (one small and one large) so you'd just need bring your dogs favorite bedding or blanket for the crates.

Any pet damages, mess or clean up resulting from the pet may result in an additional charge or cleaning fee.

We have a one camera on the property facing the driveway, that allows us to monitor for safety and security, and it also allows us to monitor for guests that decide to bring pets without notifying us.

HOT TUB:
1) Hot Tubs are drained and cleaned prior to each arrival and chemicals are added.
2) These cups of chlorine are provided for each night of your stay after the first night. Just empty into the tub and turn on the jets for a couple of minutes to circulate before you get in.
3) Please check the hot tub upon arrival and report any problems you may see.
4) The ONLY buttons you need to push are the Jets and possibly the lights button.
5) If the hot tub gets dirty and we are asked to come and drain and clean the tub, we will charge you $50 each time.
6) DO NOT put any bubbles, oils, etc in the hot tub.

We had an incredible stay at 24 Karat Cabin in the Broken Bow / Hochatown area near Beavers Bend! The cabin was cozy, relaxing, and absolutely perfect for our 30th anniversary getaway.The hosts were friendly, responsive, and very easy to communicate with from booking through checkout. The cabin is beautifully maintained and fully stocked with everything we needed. It truly feels designed for couples, but would also be great for a small family.The hot tub and deck offered gorgeous scenery and made for the perfect place to unwind each evening. We loved being so close to Hochatown attractions, including a fun tour at Hochatown Distilling Co.. When we arrived at the cabin, the shuffleboard greeted us with "Welcome" and the retro video games were such a fun touch!If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-kept cabin close to everything yet still private and relaxing, this is it. Highly recommend for couples or small families. We can’t wait to come back!

We rented this cabin as a Christmas gift for our son and DiL for their anniversary weekend. They had the best weekend and really enjoyed the cabin. The only little thing was one of the hand towels brown stain on it when they pulled it out to use it. They discarded and got another one to use. Other than that, they raved about the cabin and how nicely appointed it was and how clean it was. They loved having a hot tub to soak in and relax at the end of the day. Sean was super nice and friendly and accommodating and communication with him was top notch.

Really enjoyed the cabin. Hot tub was great and very clean.The game tables were fun competition for my wife and I. Location was close to food and drink options but we mostly stayed and enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub!!

The hosts thought of everything. We had all that we needed for a pleasant and memorable stay. Lovely cabin tucked off the main road. Fairly private but not secluded. Easy to get to the state park. The games were fun and the outdoor deck was wonderful. The shower was soothing and relaxing. The cabin is well maintained and styled beautifully with a good balance of rustic and luxury. 10/10 would stay again!

Clean, quiet, comfy bed, and a great outdoor living space! We had one small snag with the internet but the owner got right on it when I text him. We enjoyed it so much that we tried to extend our stay (unfortunately for us it was booked). Wanted to book again for around the new year but didn’t get to it fast enough. We will definitely be booking again!

Perfect cabin for 2-4. Contemporary/rustic design. Friendly, responsive host. Clean and well maintained. All the amenities you would expect. Kitchen was well stocked. Wonderful hot tub. Bonus - got to see deer on the property daily.

It was a very nice house,but did have some issues.when we arrived,the hot tub appeared dirty and was only half full.We messaged the host informing him,in which he informed us that there had been complaints about the water being dirty around the area.I feel we should have been informed about the issue before arriving,and honestly felt kind of dismissed by the host.The water level was low due to the hotub having a leak.There were zero instructions of how to turn the fireplaces on,and neither switch for the fireplaces worked.Upon inspecting the bedroom,there was dog hair on some of the pillows and white stains on the comforter. I honestly felt like the host should have offered a discount on the stay due to the hot tub issue,but was never offered more than "the water should be safe for hot tub use,just keep filling it up".I may be wrong,but if im paying top dollar for a cabin,I shouldnt get cheaper hotel accommodations.

The cabin is wonderful! Plenty of room for two people, well designed, updated, clean and very conveniently located within a few minutes from different hikes, marinas and restaurants yet in a quiet neighbourhood. Checking in was very easy, all the instructions and information were given in advance and very clear, no problems communicating with the owner. Thank you, Sean! We enjoyed our stay there for Labor Day weekend. Highly recommend!

We bought this amazing cabin in November of 2018, three months after it was built, and absolutely love to get up to Broken Bow with our kids any chance we get!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We looked at what felt like 100's of cabins, but this one was so unique in so many ways... It was so open & airy on the inside and secluded on the outside! The modern, clean design and decor really separated it from all of the "loggy" and dark cabins we were seeing. Having two small children, being on a cul-de-sac lot was a big plus for us, AND it's a lot quieter not being on a main road!

The shower and bathroom were so well designed it feels like being at a spa, and the master bed is so comfortable, you don't want to get out of bed! We've had SO many return guests in the short time we've owned the cabin, that we can barely get in there ourselves if we want to go for a night or two!
