Beautiful home. Great location and well appointed.

It was perfect. easy to come and go with the door code. The beds were comfortable and the layout was great for a group. There was plenty of towels and toiletries. The air conditioning was also great. We were very comfortable. The only issue was no iron or ironing board.

This place was perfect! Beautiful & great location

Rented for a bachelorette weekend for 7 girls and this place was perfect. The spiral staircase is a little tricky but it didn’t hinder us from doing anything. It was a beautiful place. Clean & stocked with lots of linens. It is in a great location. Short uber ride to French quarter. Short walk to canal street & the street car.

Cozy and Convenient

Overall good experience. Great location within walking distance to the trolly and local restaurants. The loft upstairs was large enough for four with plenty of space downstairs for the remainder of our group. The only issue was with the toilet not flushing. We ended up fixing the issue ourselves after hearing from the property manager after we checked out. I also feel the couch and sleeper sofa need to be cleaned. There was coffee, sugar and tea available left from the previous renters which was a nice added touch.

First impression blew us away! Exceeded our expectations

The place is huge! And with a big balcony overlooking a courtyard, it really gives the place a nice feel. The decor is great, and it’s loaded with amenities. The upstairs loft is spacious, so even though we had 3 grown men sharing that space, we all had our own area and it didn’t feel cramped. The living area was small, but we didn’t spend much time there anyway. The beds aren’t very comfortable, but it’s New Orleans, so when you’re going to bed drunk and tired, it will do. They do supply plenty of pillows, and all the soap/shampoo/body wash you will ever need, as well as enough towels for everyone to take 3 showers a day. The only downfall was no WiFi. They have 2 separate networks setup, and neither works. You can connect to the network, but you get nothing out of it.

For location, it’s “close enough” to most things, yet not really near anything, if that makes sense. You still need to Uber anywhere you want to go, mostly for safety reasons, but the Uber is like $5-7 no matter where you go. You are 2-3 miles from everywhere... Harrahs casino, The Superdome, Bourbon St... and probably 1 mile away from any food. May I suggest Blaze Pizza, it’s fantastic!

Overall, great place, and would recommend it, especially for the price. Perfect place for 4-5 people, I probably wouldn’t suggest more than that. Would be ideal for bachelor/bachelorette party, out of town guests for Saints games, or even guests for a convention in town.

Good location, Terrible Place

This property was not what I expected. It is not well maintained. Furniture was old and worn. Extra linens were stained. Mattresses and pillows were old and stained. Paint peeling on cabinets. Exposed electrical wiring where fan controls should have been installed. Many light bulbs were out. One of the bathrooms was very worn and outdated. I only gave it a star because the location is great. I will never stay at this condo again.

A little gem

This property is truly a gem. The pictures don't do it justice. It's cozy, private and perfectly in the middle of a lot of the hot spots we wanted to go to. The hosts were very attentive to needs and the cabinets were stocked with towels, toiletries, etc. Overall it was a great experience!
