Manual in consumables cupboard.

Coffee machine Breville Barista Express.

Air con split system on wall above meals area (remote on kitchen capping).

TV is new Hisense smart. Manual in c/cupboard.

Oil column or blow fan heaters in all bedrooms.

Yoga mat, skip rope, wrist/ankle weights, small hand weights in dark brown box in rumpus room. Treadmill in rumpus room.
