This is a 5 level eco-friendly home. 19 acres with 400' of shoreline in a quiet bay that is great for fishing and straight ahead through 2 islands is Lake Huron. You can swim in the bay but it is weedy (hence the best Pickerel fishing spot) and you might encounter the odd leech.
1st level - kitchen, living room, sonic room, laundry 2nd level- 2 bedrooms and a bathroom 3rd level loft- open to 1st level, 2 double beds (futons) and chill out space 4th level - had a balcony with a great view 5th level - a single bed
There's lots of wildlife to be seen. the property has a driveway that is 1 km from the road to the house through the bush, very private.
There is a kayak and flat bottom canoe available for use and water shoes are HIGHLY recommended as the rocks are very slippery. Only 2 life jackets.
Big Chutes provincial park is very close and beaches close by or in Elliot lake.
Games and puzzles for the buggy nights or rainy days. Starlink unlimited internet.
The whole house except the basement are for use. It's only mechanicals and storage in the basement. Also our personal belongings are not to be rifled through.
Other things to note On septic - DO NOT flush anything but toilet paper, example: no tampons!!!
