BEACHFRONT! SLEEP NUMBER MATTRESS! QUIETEST BEACH IN DESTIN WITH CHAIRS!

Beautifully decorated 3BR/3BA condo in Oceania. This all-tile flooring condo features a large open-concept main living/kitchen/dining area with 9' ceilings and spectacular Gulf views through almost 40 feet of floor-to-ceiling glass walls with two sliding doors. The living room also sports a sleeper sofa giving you the ability to sleep 9 comfortably. The living area includes a 55" Smart TV and there are LED TVs in all bedrooms.

The grand master bedroom features a king bed with a sleep number mattress and an extra chair to take advantage of the amazing view of the Gulf through the 18' of floor-to-ceiling glass walls with an additional sliding door balcony access. A large closet also helps to keep suitcases tucked away. Master bath includes dual-sink vanity with granite countertops and separate shower and jetted tub.

Bedroom 2 has a king bed and a large closet. Bathroom 2 has a full shower/tub setup with granite countertops.

Bedroom 3 has a full size bed with a twin trundle. The third bathroom has a full shower/tub setup with granite countertops.

All bedrooms include LED TVs and pillowtop mattresses.

The kitchen includes a pantry, microwave, dishwasher, and separate ice maker. Keurig and basic (Mr Coffee) coffee makers are included and can be found at the coffee bar. The laundry room contains a full-sized washer and dryer.

Beach chair service (umbrella and 2 chairs) is included with your rental during the season (beach chair season runs March 1st through October 31st). The Oceania beach is easily one of the least crowded areas on the entire Gulf Coast. With only 71 units spread over a wide beach frontage area, there's never more than one row of beach umbrellas at Oceania.

Behind the passcode-protected, gated entry to Oceania, 2 parking spaces are available for this condo. One of the parking spaces is covered.

We had such a great time, we asked to extend our stay another day! Unit was very clean; pictures didn’t do it justice. View from the balcony was amazing! Plenty of room for our party of 7 to include 3 Grandchildren. Would definitely stay again!!

Everything we were looking for

This condo is in the perfect location. It is close to many restaurants, shopping spots, and multiple water activities. The condo itself was roomy and fit our whole family of 6 just right. The large balcony was a plus.

This condo was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view! We’ve been going to the beach for the last 12 years and by far this is our favorite! We are excited to have found a place to come back to every year! There’s literally not a negative thing to say!

Great experience!

This condo is even better in person than in the pictures. It’s beautiful and spacious and was perfect for our family (6 adults, 3 children), including the outdoor patio area which also had lots of seating. The kitchen is especially well equipped if you intend to cook while on vacation. Communication with the owners was excellent. We’d love to return in the future!

Perfection

We had avoided Destin due to the reputation for over crowding but decided to give it a go and we will be back annually now. The condo itself is simple, not a lot of extra amenities, but we never use those anyway. Elevator seemed to always be waiting for us and we felt we had the beach to ourselves most of the time. Owner has appointed the condo beautifully. No complains at all. Cannot recommend enough, it was pure perfection. And Stephen, the beach chair attendant was excellent. Had a couple go full nudist colony on us (not condo residents) and it was entertaining to watch Stephen gently escort them away from our beach. All the memories.

Pure Perfection!

We had a PERFECT stay. Pictures don't do it justice- it's gorgeous. We had my family (6 ppl ), my mom, & 2 nephews and had more than enough space for everyone. The balcony is HUGE & has a love seat, a bench, a table with 4 chairs, 2 rocking chairs, 2 small tables, & 2 lounge chairs. There is space for multiple people with a great view. The master bed & bath are HUGE with a big closet. The other 2 beds and baths are nice sizes. The living space and area with the kitchen table are roomy. The kitchen isn't huge but updated and well stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. Location was great. The condo building itself is nice. Plenty of carts to help load/unload. They have a large pool and gym. They have an air pump to blow up all of our beach floats, etc. The private beach alone makes this rental worth it! Just a few yards over you see 2/3 rows of umbrellas and a packed beach. The beach with this condo has one row of umbrellas and is not crowded! The condo is well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, soaps, towels, etc. The only issue we had (which isn't a big deal) is the dryer takes a long time to dry- 2/3 cycles for a good dry & remembering the diff. codes to the parking gate, door, and beach gate was hard so we had to save them in our phone. Lastly, - lots of remotes for lights, fans, TVs, mattresses, etc. and sometimes trying to figure that out took a minute bc they aren't labeled. Would love to stay there again!

Great visit to Destin

This is a gorgeous condo, the pictures don’t show it justice, very spacious, clean and in a great location. It was easy to get a hold of the property manager if there’s a problem. The kitchen is a little small if you plan on cooking very much however it is very well equipped. My only complaint would be the work that they’re doing on the property painting and such, they were drilling and it was very very noisy early in the morning everyday. At times it was difficult to speak normally and be able to hear each other. Fortunately I’m a mother of seven and I have learned how to screen excess noise out so I didn’t bother me, however it bothered other members of our family. Although It looks as though the work is nearing completion.

A dreamy getaway!

The property was incredible!! The view was amazing! The pool was HUGE!! The owner was polite and prompt on all communication. The beach and the pool-were never crowded. In fact, we never even waited for the elevator. Best property we have ever stayed at and we come to Destin FL every summer. Worth every penny & worth every minute.

Wonderful trip!

We loved everything about this condo. Pictures don’t due the view justice. We really appreciated how well stocked it was with all the essentials. It was a great set up for 2 families with kids. Great location. Easy access to The Harbor & Crab Island. This was also the least crowded Destin beach we’ve been to. Zero complaints! Everything was easy and enjoyable from start to finish.

Wonderful!

From the description, we thought the bunk beds were located in 1 of the secondary bedrooms. So that was inconvenient for when the adults wanted to watch TV together in the living area at night. Please let future vacationers know exactly where the bunk beds are located.

Overall the property was great! The property was very accommodating. My sons allergies gave us a little trouble especially with the rug. We were outside mostly so it wasnt to big of a deal. I would suggest getting a new rug. Other than that it was a great visit.

Happy Place

This condo and the owners are wonderful. Beautiful unit with a wonderful layout and one of the best outdoor spaces we’ve encountered in all of our travels. You simply could not be closer to the pool and the beach but don’t worry about being so close it’s noisy. This condo is quiet and comfortable. We’ve already set up time for our return visit and this condo has become one of our repeat stays as we begin our retirement lives. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen, laundry room, and ice maker all cover your other needs and the couch is a perfect place to relax inside. Just an A+ accommodation all around!
