Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath 3rd floor condo located directly on the beach. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your spacious 30 Ft private balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

Remodeled master bathroom: oversize walk-in shower & garden tub.
Second bedroom features 2 Queen beds; Smart TV; carpet flooring.
Remodeled second bathroom: bathtub/shower combination, single vanity
Third bedroom features king size bed, tile flooring.
Living room has 3 Recliners & cable TV. Fully equipped kitchen (including small appliances. coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, etc.) Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) -(Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

We loved every minute! My husband and i took my parents . Dad agec82 / moms age 76. They had the best time. It was close enough to get to the pool for them with the walkers. They also spent all day on the balcony. Very relaxing.My husband and i had a great day at the beach, and the pool. All restaurants were close. Ty for the togo menu. Fyi the gulfarium has free wheelchairs !!!! Extra plus for us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good experience. Manager responded promptly to any problems. The microwave above the stove didn't work but we found they had supplied one on the counter by the wet bar. Beach supplies were provided (towels and toys). Check in went very smooth. Location was great. Sat on the porch a lot after going to the beach.

Inside decor and available supplies - clean and provided what we needed for preparing meals. very goodTV service - the Master bedroom tv stopped working on day 2 with no resolution and no desire to fix. Where were the instructions to operate the tv? The towels looked and felt like cleaning cloths. They were very rough and very dingyThe balcony furniture from the picture is definitely a false advertisement. We furniture pillows are in desperate need of replacement. The owners should really be ashamed of the worn-out torn cushions. I was embarrassed.all the closets' doors were locked, and our friends had nowhere to hang cloths.We pay lots of money to stay at these facilities and I believe you should remove pictures that do not reflect a good impression. We stay because of your advertisement, and anything less is false. Your advertisement advice to purchase damage insurance but you already have torn up furniture. I cannot recommend staying here in the future.

RELAXING

The place was very relaxing, a great location and I didn't want to leave. Access to the beach was easy and perfect. I would definitely stay there again. But, I did need an ironing board. :)

In town for Family Wedding

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We were in town for family wedding. We had 2 couples and 3 kids so the room layout was perfect. We wanted to be on the beach instead of hotel where the rest of the wedding guests were. Our only complaints were the AC never seemed to run or keep even though we had it on. End of december and it was 73 inside even though we had it set for 68. Maybe they were disabled for the winter, not sure. Also, the beds were really broken down. You can physically see the dips with the bed bmade.. t

Exceeded my already high expectations

Our party of 5 extended family members, all of us long term Destin visitors, some of us pre hurricane Opel, could not have been more impressed. The condominium was immaculate! As nice as the photographs in the listing appear, the unit is even more beautiful, and it is perfectly maintained throughout. Carolyn was very helpful when our itinerary changed a few weeks before our travel date and Erica made sure that we had everything we needed for afterhours check in. Thanks to both of you! We would definitely choose this property for a return visit.

Clean beachfront condo

Our family of four was comfortable in this clean, well stocked beachfront condo. We had all the comforts of home other than beach towels/laundry soap/food/beverages! The owners have a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a great view of the beach from both the master bedroom and the living area. We utilized the cooler, boogie boards, sand toys, floats, tents, and additional beach chairs to the umbrella/beach chair service. The condo was a bit musty smelling upon arrival (but eventually aired out with coming and going’s) but I do expect that with the climate and turnover. We were overall pleased with this last minute get away and would stay there again! TY

Peaceful Spring Break in Destin!

We always look forward to our stays in Florida, and as we are first-timers in Destin, we can say we truly enjoyed our experience. Breakers East 303 had everything we needed. There was an abundance of towels, bed linens, and kitchen items. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. At this time, the second elevator is under maintenance, but we never waited for more than five minutes for the elevator to take us to our floor. As you can imagine, the views from the balcony are incredible - we had a great time watching for dolphins in the morning while we had our morning coffee. We were able to enjoy local restaurants such as Merlin's Pizza, Pecan Jack's Candy and Ice Cream, and East Pass Coffee Company. For seafood, we really enjoyed Harbor Dock's. A definite must-do - take a pontoon ride to Crab Island!I hope we are able to come back to Destin real soon. If we do, I am confident we will seek accommodations at Breakers East!
