Settle into your own private, self-contained space featuring a spacious king bedroom with plush layered bedding and a walk-in wardrobe. A second cosy living area offers a daybed, bookshelf and armchair, perfect for reading or unwinding.

The open-plan lounge is warm and inviting, with a generous corner sofa, smart TV and doors opening onto an outdoor courtyard. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a microwave, kettle, fridge and air fryer, while a separate laundry nook includes a washing machine for your use; everything you need for a longer stay. The sleek bathroom features a walk-in rain shower and toilet with heated towel rail off the kitchenette.

Finished throughout in warm, modern Scandi tones with plenty of natural light. This space comfortably accommodates up to 3 adults or two adults & two chilren. Children over 8 years welcome.

We have enjoyed our home full of people coming & going and then the kids grew up & moved away. We find ourselves with a newly renovated apartment and want to share it with you. Ian plays in the local brass band & we both enjoy travelling, music, reading, hiking & running (Hatea Run Club) & going to the gym.

We have a small dog, Bailey, who will bark a greeting when you arrive but wont have access to you.

Ian & I hope our guests will enjoy their stay & return again & again.
