Escape to our charming 3-bedroom vacation home in Yuma. A quick 13-minute drive to the Yuma Palms Shopping Center and 15 minutes from the historic Yuma Territorial Prison State Park, this property offers the perfect base to explore the area's top attractions.

As a traveler favorite, you'll enjoy relaxing in the private hot tub, grilling on the patio gathering outside at the patio bar and table or enjoy playing a game of pool. All while staying connected with the free WiFi, Cozy up in the reclining sofas in the main living room by the fireplace and enjoy a movie night on the smart TV with satellite/cable and streaming channels.
If you would like a little space of your own escape to the second living room where you can relax and read or watch your own movie or shows on the big screen tv.

The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker with coffee/coffee pods, cream, sugar, and all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. Step outside to the patio area with bar and patio seating, perfect for grilling, dining or simply taking in the Arizona sunshine.

After a busy day retire to the comfortable beds for a good nights rest. The main bedroom offers a king size bed and the other 2 rooms have queen beds.

Unique and cozy

This is a unique and cozy home with lots of amenities. The home was very clean, beds were comfortable, we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. Tammy was very welcoming and responsive. We hope to stay here again sometime!

Perfect for large family

The house was exactly has described. Perfect for our family of six. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. If we come back to Yuma to visit family, we will definitely be staying here again.

Fabulous Property!

We loved our stay here! Tammy has created an amazing home for guests. It is clean, spacious and true to the pictures. She had filled it with all of the necessary comforts and decorations without it being cluttered or "kitchy". Tammy was very communicative and supportive with me every step and she even went above and beyond in helping me out when a family emergency arose during our stay. I will definitely be looking to rent one of Tammy's properties in the future! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cozy, comfortable home

Immediately as we walked in the front door we felt at ease and started to relax after 2 days of driving. The home has lots of charm and beauty, it is very large, we would love to stay here again with friends or family. Super easy to find, awesome communications, loved that everything was labeled so we could easily put our hands on whatever we needed. We loved the kitchen nook, so enjoyable to sit there and visit. The welcome card and a bottle of wine was a lovely welcome. The beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was provided for a lovely get away that felt like home.

Great weekend

The hosts were very accommodating, we had a surprise mandatory event to attend on the day of our original booking and the hosts were more than flexible allowing us to switch to another weekend. This house was perfect for our stay. We needed a home that was pet friendly and secure for our boat parked outside. This was both. Great location near Fortuna Road & 8, big backward for the dogs, and coffee. Can't thank them enough, will stay again on our next trip!

Wonderful house, friendly neighborhood and the best host. Everything you could think of was supplied including many items that we’ve never had in a vacation rental. Comfortable Stay

Property was just as advertised, even better. Amenities galore. Well-stocked kitchen with some spices, flour, sugar, coffee and tea. A General Dollar store just a few blocks away, within walking distance. The property is located in a convenient location by main highway, off a frontage road. We did hear some road noise. But not a problem for us. Lovely patio and well-manicured yard. Property manager was very responsive to our emails, usually within a minute or two. Would definitely stay again.

The Cozy House with Everything!!

This home was not only cozy, it has everything! The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the AC does work great! We did not have time to try out the hot tub, but the set up outside is awesome with a wet bar and HUGE TV so next time for sure. A really cool feature of this house is the different areas. It’s almost like it has a separate’wing’. Would be great for larger group or multiple families. This home definitely made our favorites list and we will be back! Thank you

Location and all the extras!

This place was very near the highway and in general close to everything. It was just my husband any myself so we certainly didn't need all the space of 3 bedrooms, but the draw for me was the hot tub. Enjoyed the extra space and unfortunately didn't even get to enjoy all that this place had to offer due to our busy schedule. This would be a great place for a group or larger family. The host thought of all of a traveler's needs and I even found an extra phone charger handy. We would rent this place again if in the area.
