About this property

Beautifully renovated North Fork home steps from Peconic Bay

This beautifully renovated three bedroom beach house is bright and airy with a huge yard steps away from private Peconic Bay beach. Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus a third bedroom with two twin beds. The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated with new appliances. Our house is a perfect base for exploring all the North Fork has to offer including Love Lane and the surrounding wineries.

The screened in porch has a large comfortable couch and is perfect for reading and sipping a glass of wine. The large patio has a Weber propane grill and a large outdoor table with umbrella, perfect for an evening meal or happy hour cocktails. The house features a fenced in yard, with ample grass space for playing wiffle ball or soccer and a paved driveway with a basketball hoop.

There is also an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

The house is set up with everything you could need including:

- renovated kitchen including dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils/place-settings and cookware

- board games

- tv (Apple TV and Amazon Fire Stick, including Netflix and Amazon)

- mini library stocked with some good beach reads

- large indoor dining table that seats 8

- outdoor dining table that seats 6

- beach kit (4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and towels)

- large washer & dryer

- dishwasher

- central air (plus ceiling fans throughout the house)

- new comfortable mattresses on all 4 beds

Easy to access from Manhattan by public transport (10 minutes walk to the Hampton Jitney, 20 minutes walk from Mattituck LIRR train station) and by car (~70 mi. from the city).

Amazing family getaway

Alisa was a great and very responsive host. The property is just as indicated on the site - very close to the beach (you can actually see the water from the dining table) and at the same time a walking distance from the small but charming town. We found the home well stocked with everything well suited to make a beautiful home away from home. Thank you Alisa!

Lovely Property and Location

We enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing and comfortable stay at this beautiful home, just a short block from the local beach. The beach access is limited to locals so it was not at all crowded. The property has a nice patio with grill and we enjoyed outside dining many evenings. There was also a very welcome outside shower. The house is well-provisioned and we had everything we needed to cook our meals. Bed linens and towels were abundant and very clean. The house itself had been well cleaned in preparation for our stay. The neighborhood is leafy and green and we enjoyed biking around and discovering the area. In short, we would highly recommend this host and this property for anyone considering a sojourn in the lovely North Fork.

Rest and relaxation

Home was 5 min walk to the beach and all amenities were perfect for the stay. Weber grille and patio, kids loved the location and proximity to beach. The home was clean and fitted with decent furniture and quality material that a homeowner would use, thankful that they are so considerate.
