Family Celebration Weekend

Just the right size for the 6 of us. Very nicely remodeled and appointed. Great kids room with the bunk beds, cried, when we had to leave. Had everything we needed and great location to everywhere we had to drive. Next time we visit, we will happily stay again.Highly recommend

Beautiful stay at Westview

We had the best time here!! House is brand new, extremely clean and well appointed. Everything you need is at the house and communication couldn’t be easier with Don. Perfect location too! We can’t wait to come back soon. 5 Stars all the way!!

Perfect!

We had an amazing experience at this lovely and very clean property! The house is newly updated and very comfortable. Location is perfect and in a quiet neighborhood which was perfect for our group. The hosts were very responsive and kind as well. I highly recommend!

Charming Mattituck Cottage

We had a lovely visit/reunion at this charming cottage. My friends and I are very picky about finding a clean, welcoming and updated rental. This property had wonderful amenities, beautiful kitchen, and a peaceful yard. It was the perfect location for four adult women to reconnect and catch up. Even walking the neighborhood was pleasurable with the nicest neighbors.

Annual Girls Golf Trip to Long Island

We've stayed in four different VRBO properties around Mattituck over the past four years and this was our favorite. Everything was clean and well cared for. Common areas were perfect for our group of four woman, would surely accommodate more. Centrally located to many golf courses and wineries and very close to Strong's Marina where we enjoyed live bands a couple of nights.

Hidden gem

This rental tucked away in a charming neighborhood was a big hit for us. The inside was actually nicer than the photos. Great living space and kitchen. Beds were comfortable. The decor was top notch. Washer and dryer were helpful to us. It is 5 minutes from Love Lane which has nice shops and restaurants. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful Home in a Quiet Neighborhood

Took a family Vacation at Gina and Don's home in beautiful Mattituck. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped on a quiet street. The hosts are incredibly responsive to all communication. We were 6 adults and a 2 year old. We had plenty of room for both hanging out and dining.

Excellent Vacation stay

We had an excellent stay at this VRBO and highly recommend booking for all who are interested in a getaway or longer stay on the North Fork. The listing is exactly as mentioned on the website. The house is extremely clean and well stocked. The host, Don, is very responsive and helpful. While we were only here 4 days for an early Thanksgiving with the family, there is much to do in the area for Adults and Children. Beaches are very close, as are the wineries and fantastic restaurants. We are looking forward to our return next July and August. 5 stars in every Category for us!!!

Lovely home in Mattituck-great location.

This property was exactly as advertised: newly refurbished, extremely clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Located just a short distance from Love Lane shops, grocery stores and restaurants, the property offers a beautiful setting, large back yard, and ready access to the farms and vineyards that are part of the North Fork experience. The owner was consistent in communication both before our arrival and after, offering answers to any questions we might have and assistance as needed. GREAT find!

Perfect Northfork Getaway

We love Don and Gina's properties! This is the second year that we have booked with them. They are very responsive and very super fast at replying. On top of that, the home is in a great location (close to Love Lane, Magic Fountain) and yet on a very quiet street. It was raining during our stay, but this house has a nice private backyard, patio dining set and grill-- which is a really nice amenity for those coming from NYC. The master bedroom and bathroom are also separate from the other three bedrooms, which would make it a perfect home for a family and kids. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great Mattituck Get Away!

This house is a perfect! The kitchen is equipped and ready to use. The house is in pristine condition, great a/c even during a heat wave, with a large backyard and two umbrellas surrounding the outdoor table. Don, the host, is available and helpful with anything you need. Great find!

Wonderful stay!

We had a terrific time at this property with our two young children! It was immaculately clean and well care for and well appointed with everything we needed. Don was an amazingly responsive and helpful host. I would definitely recommend folks not miss out on this lovely property.

Perfect House

The house was better than expected! Don was a pleasure to deal with throughout the rental. The house had everything we could need and more. Beds and bedding were great, plenty of towels, soaps, paper goods all provided. A quiet location close to Love Lane. Perfect location, perfect house for a perfect vacation.

Perfection on the North Fork

If we could, we would give this property, Gina & Don 10 stars. We had the perfect 2 week vacation on the North Fork, largely because of how wonderful this house was for our family. The house is situated walking distance from Love Lane - we'd walk every morning with our young children to grab donuts and coffee. We spent a lot of time at Strongs Marina (also an easy walk) for happy hour and the view. The house isn't far from anything you'd want to do on the North Fork and we made sure to take advantage of it all (farms, vineyards, playgrounds, beaches). It is beautifully appointed, so incredibly clean and made for the absolute perfect retreat. I cannot speak any higher of this place and we cannot wait to return next summer for 2 (or even more) weeks. Highly recommend - you won't be disappointed. Thanks Gina and Don. We were able to create such awesome memories under this roof and on the North Fork!

Amazing time on the North Fork!

My family and I had an amazing time staying at Don’s house. The house is brand new, over the top clean, and has great style. Nice big backyard and brand new kitchen/bathrooms/etc. Don was super easy to work with and very accommodating with all requests. Central location on the North Fork and easy to get everywhere from this location. Would definitely recommend this property!!!!
