Set in one of Lennox Head's beautiful elevated positions, Whale Watcher offers something that can be hard to find in a coastal holiday home — space, privacy and room to breathe. With no immediate neighbours surrounding the property, you can enjoy the feeling of being tucked away while still being close to everything Lennox Head has to offer. Wake up to views across the Pacific, enjoy a coffee while watching the waves, spend the day exploring the beaches and coastline, then return home to relax as the sun begins to soften over Lennox Point.

Inside, the home has a relaxed coastal feel, with warm timber, natural textures and plenty of natural light. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is the heart of the home, with large windows framing the spectacular outlook and plenty of space for everyone to come together. The well-equipped kitchen features a generous island bench and a coffee machine for freshly ground beans, making it easy to start slow mornings at home before heading out for the day.

Sleeping up to 10 guests, the five-bedroom layout makes Whale Watcher ideal for families or groups travelling together. The main bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite, while three additional bedrooms each have a queen bed and the fifth bedroom has a double bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for added comfort.

Upstairs, a second living area with TV gives everyone a little extra space to spread out — perfect for kids, movie nights or a quiet afternoon away from the main living area.

Downstairs, you'll find the main kitchen, lounge and dining spaces, along with a separate laundry equipped with both a washing machine and dryer, plus an additional toilet.

Outside, the generous block gives you plenty of room to enjoy the space and take in the coastal surrounds. There's a double carport as well as plenty of additional off-street parking, making it easy for larger groups travelling with multiple vehicles.

Whale Watcher is all about embracing the Lennox Head lifestyle. Spend your days swimming, surfing, exploring the local cafes and restaurants or simply wandering along the coastline. Then come home, put your feet up and take in the view.

And, of course, keep an eye on the ocean — you might just spot a whale passing by.
