Relaxed beach stay

Fantastic location in Suffolk Park one street back from the beach. The house is well laid out and comfortable with great amenities. We'll be back again.

Great property

We were 3 generations of the same family (and the family spaniel), including myself, my 2 adult children, a 5 y.o, 12 y.o and 14 y.o. Property was ideal and equipped with everything you could possibly need. My family had an awesome time.

Byron Beach Getaway

The property was perfect for our family group including our dog. All amenities were provided and met all our expectations. Location also had convenient access to many beaches and central Byron. We would definitely recommend and would love to return!

Fantastic Place to Stay

Seaside beach house was a wonderful place to stay both in proximity to local shops and the beach and a short drive to Byron Bay. The manager Greg was fantastic to deal with and made our stay very comfortable. The house is very clean and tidy and has all the amenities for a great holiday. Thank you

Great location and catered for everyone’s needs including our Great Dane.

The surf beach was perfect with the dog free dedicated section and the home very clean and well resourced . Comfortable and a lovely seaside ambience. Greg was very helpful and accommodating and every detail has been attended to in this wonderful home by the surf .

Perfect holiday home. Maimi meets Suffolk park. Greg and Lynn provide a beautiful space to chill and enjoy the environs of Suffolk and Byron. This is my second visit and it certainly won’t be my last.

We will definitely be returning!

Greg and Lyn’s extremely well equipped holiday home was perfect for our small family and dogs. A short walk to the dog beach or back to Suffolk shops, everything is perfectly located. We were so comfortable during our stay and really enjoyed spending time by the pool or sprawled our onto the lush grass with our brood. Ample towels, chairs, toys and pantry staples - we felt so well catered for. Thank you again Greg and Lyn for the stay!

Wonderful Stay

We had a lovely and relaxing 7 nights at this property. We loved the location which was a very short walk to beautiful tallows beach and to the local shops which includes a great bakery, small supermarket, pizza, pub, fish n chips etc. We also loved the gorgeous pool and the great covered outdoor area which was perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. So many other great things about this house, too many to list! All our dealings with the owners Greg & Lyn were very easy, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and certainly hope to return one day.

A great extended family vacation

If you just want a vacation spot, this is all you could ask for. Clean and modern.with a great pool, beach accessories and beach proximity. And, if someone in your group has to work (as I did) or yearns for a little privacy, the stand-alone studio is the perfect solution. Our hosts were responsive to any special requests we had, but otherwise left us to enjoy our family time together. We will eagerly return next year.

Good, great, awesome

Good property, great location, awesome service! We all had a fantastic stay - excellent service from Greg, everything we needed was provided from beach towels to cooking condiments. Bedrooms were clean and comfy and kitchen well appointed. Quick responses from Greg and check-in process was super easy. Suffolk Park is an excellent place to stay, everything you need is within walking distance and Byron Bay town is only. 5 min drive away.

Relaxing holiday

We spent a month here, and had our adult children here on weekends. It is a great beach house, with a fabulous sun filled back garden and pool, which is great to be in when it’s windy on the beach. Very quiet too. As we were there in May it was cooler at night, and the heating in the house , in every room, is fantastic. Reverse cycle so I’m sure just as good in summer for cooling. Great polished concrete throughout the house and studio which was so easy to maintain and surprisingly warm and soft underfoot. Across the road to the beach and dog friendly area was the best. So many dogs and such friendly dog owners. Tallows is the most wonderful beach for running along either to Byron or Broken Head. Lyn and Greg have thought of everything, and left ample supplies for the month. We also stayed in Lyn and Greg’s other property in Byron, which is just fabulous, has the most amazing back garden and pool area too. Right in town, but still very quiet. We couldn’t recommend both these properties and Greg and Lyn more highly.

Fabulous house

This house had absolutely everything we could have needed for a group of 8 adults. There were beach towels, two cruiser bikes, beach umbrellas, well appointed kitchen, bbq, plenty of towels, laundry - everything was there! The house itself was gorgeous, and we felt right at home making meals and eating them in the beautiful outdoor area. Communication with Greg and Lyn was fantastic. The location of the house was amazing - a couple of minutes and you’re at the beach (could hear the beach from the bedrooms!). The bus to Byron town actually comes down the street as well. Very easy to get into Byron, although we preferred staying in most of the time!

Delightful property in Suffolk Park

Seaside beach house is a gorgeous relaxing home in an ideal location, close to the beach & nearby shops in Suffolk Park. This is our second stay at this lovely property with our family & we enjoyed every minute.. The house has 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms with two living areas. One inside & one outside under cover.. An amazing pool and a good sized grass area. Greg & Lyn are great hosts. We will definitely be returning…

Palm Springs meets Suffolk Park!

We really enjoyed our stay in this clean, well equipped house. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side but we hope to come back and make the most of the heated pool and a sunny garden! Despite the rain we enjoyed daily walks on the beach which is only a stones-throw away.

My favourite home in Byron, and the only venue I’ll be booking for my retreats moving forward!

This was my second stay at Greg’s AMAZING home, and I’m already getting ready to book in again, I just absolutely LOVE the space! The location is ideal and peaceful, away from the hectic ness of Byron, but just minutes from a mouthwatering bakery with the best coffee, and a Spar shop with every gourmet, healthy option you can think of, AND cruiser bikes to take yourself there in minutes! The perfectly designed house sits just minutes from Tallows, and for those moments when you’ve had enough of the sweeping sands of the beach, has THE BEST pool, complete with floaties and lounge chairs for you to really make the most of it! We had the best trip and enjoyed every thoughtful feature the house offers from the pool to the bikes, the undercover outdoor eating area, and the kitchen pass through! It’s been SO THOUGHTFULLY set up, you can help but relax :) Can’t wait to come back!!

Best property in Byron!

Could not recommend this property more! I’ve hired heaps of houses for my retreat business in Byron over the last decade, and this was by far my fav! Our entire group agreed! The owners have nailed the Palm Beach meets high end luxury vibe with their incredible decor, polished concrete floors, and pool and yard straight out of a magazine! They even have cruisers for use! We absolutely loved the fact that the pool was heated, and lit up at night, and just loved the lawn for our Yoga Sessions and the undercover outdoor area for our meals! Our stay was so divine I’m booking in for another weekend in the new year! Absolute heavenly paradise!

I loved this property so much

An amazing property - the pictures don’t do it justice as it’s even better in real life. We spent two weeks there and everything including our communication with the owners was effortless - fabulous location, easy walk to both the bakery and beach. 11/10 just brilliant
