The Tiki Condo was a great place to stay for a month. The room was clean and comfortable for the two of us. Everything was as shown in the pictures, and the kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishes. There was an issue with the A/C one day, but Tim was able to immediately respond and explain how to get it resolved. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming, the pool was clean and 87 degrees! We had hoped to be able to walk across the street to the beach, but the recent hurricanes washed away the sand and the ocean comes right up to the seawall rocks. The public beach at Blind Pass is only a mile north, and Stump Pass state park is just a couple miles south. Manasota Beach is further north, but much busier. Arrive early to secure parking!!! Tim was great to communicate with throughout the booking process all the way to checkout. All in all we were very pleased with our stay and would not hesitate to return.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The beds were cute, clean, and super comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day in the sun. The location couldn’t be better—just a one-minute drive to the beach and close to everything we needed.
