It was a very nice place, and very clean. It was perfect for my buddy and I who were in town for the weekend for the football game. Everything you needed is there. The one minor thing that happened, is that we bought some cookies at the store one day, and left them while we were out, and when we came back there were ants all over them. Not a big deal, just inconvenient. Otherwise, a great place and great value for the money.

This Tampa Florida property was surprisingly comfortable in style, appearance, and most importantly, location! Many amenities in the kitchen allowed food preparation easy and convenient for cooking healthy meals. The rooms were inviting and super clean. Also, the decor was a plus throughout and added a great visual when relaxing from travel or planned business related conferences. Even our visitors complimented our choice, noting it was reasonably priced and an adorable Cottage find. The Host was readily available at all times to assist us in our requests; his response was quick, courteous, and professional. God willing, we will return when Tampa is the destination.Thank you Mr. Brainard

The overall place to stay was great. Very clean it up camp. The only major issues were the beds comfortness and pillows. The roosters in the house next door crowing at 4:00 a.m. was not enjoyable either. The property itself was really good though. Great location and all that

Kitchen was equipped for cooking, could use maybe one more pan. Other than that this is the perfect stay for downtown Tampa; was able to get to all locations within 10 minutes and it was quiet and nice neighborhood.

Nice place to stay perfect for going to the game. The one bed is only about 6 inches off the floor. Other than that wasn’t too bad..

気になった点 : チェックイン
The check-in instructions were inadequate, and we had to contact the host when we arrived. We were supposed to clean our dishes, but there was no sponge. The shampoo dispenser in the shower did not work. The place was old, but clean.
