The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Please sweep, wash dirty dishes, leave dirty towels in a pile in bathroom, and take all trash to garbage cans by the parking lot (this is how our COA collects our trash).

No need to strip the beds. Finally, take one last look until next time, and close the blinds to keep the sun out. We do hope you enjoyed your stay.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No hanging towels or clothes on railings. Use chair backs please. (COA Rule)

We absolutely loved this unit! The location was perfect, it was clean, many extra amenities that were greatly appreciated since we flew with only carry ons, and Craig was always very quick to respond to any questions I had. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony can’t be beat!

The condo was perfect for My Bride and me. It was very clean and had a great view of the sunrise. The location is perfect if you are planning excursions out of Redhook or Sapphire Beach Marina. We had booked a couple of excursions without knowing they left from the Sapphire Beach Marina, without realizing the condo was a short walk away. We will definitely stay here again.

The hosts are so gracious with the simple home amenities that make it so nice. The condo is clean and so comfortable and cozy. The view is incredible and the entire resort is such a pleasure to walk around. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place. We will be back and share with all friends and family who are looking for a place in St. Thomas!

This place was awesome! And craig our host was great, he always responded to any questions we had and was just a great host. This place is right on the beach but not only that its right next to the café, 2 bars, paradise pizza, and a nice restaurant. Couldnt recommended a better place.

in town for a wedding. The location was great for us..close to ferry to St John’s (must go to trunk bay) and other great St Thomas beaches. The Sea Salt is a beautiful restaurant a few steps away along with a cute breakfast spat, Bar, and casual food. All around a great spot.

Why they chose this property

In our opinion there is no other property with these views and location only 40 yards from the crystal sapphire blue waters on St. Thomas. It's proximity to Redhook to get provisions, dinning and a ferry to St. John. It has a Resort feel without the super high Resort Fees.
