The house has a balcony off the upstairs loft and private balcony off the master bedroom for taking in views over morning coffee or evening-stargazing. French doors open to expansive deck off the main room with spa style hot tub that overlooks the North end of Government Canyon. The minute I saw this property I fell in love... I have spent the better part of my life here biking, hiking this unique hill country park area enjoying the coyotes call to one another at sunset, the little red foxes and wild turkey that roam about .. the squirrel, cardinal and hummingbirds, rabbits, the monarchs passing through on their flight to Mexico, the bats catching bugs at dusk, blessed peace and quiet here, yet close enough to everything. literally everything ... feel like horseback ride, skeet shoot, honky tonk at Floores country store, country ballroom dance , mouthwatering tex-mex and margaritas, golf(5) , antiquing, upscale shop , golf amusement parks, all within five mile radius ... Downtown San Antonio and the Alamo, Missions, Pearl Brewery complex 25 minutes away ....Medina Lake and Rio Medina 25 minutes away ... I am willing to share this wonderful, soulful place with someone eager to appreciate, and take good care of her,,,Te Amo and Mi Casa Su Casa ...Rebecca
