Welcome to this studio intended for short-term rental.
Located on the 1st floor of a small residence in the charming village of Duingt, near the lake and the cycle path, and only 20 minutes by car from Annecy.
This village on the west shore of Lake Annecy deserves its name of "Pearl of the Lake". Adjacent to St Jorioz, the town of Duingt offers an exceptional view of the mountains and the lake. The cycle path linking Annecy to Ugine crosses the village and makes it very easy to connect the villages along the lake by bike. Several shops are located in Duingt: a mini-market, a bakery, a newsagent, very good restaurants. The property is located 200 m from "Plage de Duingt", 4 km from the golf course "Golf de Giez", 9 km from the city of Annecy", 5 km from the supermarket "Super U or Carrefour Market (Saint-Jorioz )", 58 km from the airport "Airport of Geneva Cointrin", 9 km from the train station "Gare TGV d'Annecy", 18 km from the ski slope "Le Semnoz" and it is located in an ideal area for families and stays with friends. Duingt is obviously an excellent base for pleasant holidays in summer and winter alike...
Thanks to its 28m2 and the quality of the services chosen, you have everything available to take full advantage of the property as if you were at home.
Ideally located 600m from the lake, 100m from the cycle path and at the foot of the Taillefer you are both close to all amenities while being quiet.
We want you to fully enjoy your vacation, for this between each traveler the cleaning and the beds are made.
Mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:
- cleaning (price per property) is included in the reservation automatically
- Bed linen and toilet: € 16.90 / person to be paid on site before arrival.
Cleaning and linen rental are two mandatory extras:
Housekeeping includes:
- cleaning floors, surfaces and windows
- cleaning of the bathroom and toilets
- disinfection of the accommodation
Cleaning does not include:
- cleaning, drying and storage of dishes
