Our host was great..house was a nice size. Needs a few things updated (maybe some dressers) maybe some area rugs. They have to fix some problems then it will be real nice.

Absolutely overrated and oversold….way overpriced. Sheets and covers were dirty. Attempted to cook breakfast first morning and faced dirty pots not cleaned but still put away? Mold on shower curtains. My daughter’s thoughts sheets were stained with urine until we washed them and the stains went away.

Nice location

Just a couple issues with the beds. Very uncomfortable with bed-frames bowing. The master bed was amazingly comfortable. The couches kept leaving black pieces all over the floor. Time to replace those :) overall we enjoyed our stay!

Glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews

We used this house as a gathering place for the family while we were in town for our son's graduation from the police academy. I only rented it because at the time it was the only one available in the area. I was hesitant because of some negative comments in the reviews. HOWEVER, I'm very glad I went through with it and rented the house. It is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. It is clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and would expect to find when staying at a house and not a hotel. Some people complained that not enough was provided, but I don't expect a house to come with personal items such as shampoo and soap, so I had mine own and was not expecting it to be here. Some complained that the furniture was dated, which is probably true, but it was comfortable and clean and gave us a place to relax. It is true the two beds in the back room are not very comfortable for adults, but they are fine for children and still provided a good night's sleep. My ONLY complaint would be with communication. I would have liked some guidance in the use of things like the t.v, the front door, the thermostat and check out procedures. I think some notes around the house telling how to use certain things and what is expected of the guests would have solved everything. Overall, it was a great experience and I'm glad I didn't let the negative reviews of others scare me into getting a house further away from Kernersville.

Not as clean as I expect and some basic amenities would be nice

My favorite VRBO’s have shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, detergents and soap. This one was very underwhelming, bring your own items. And the house wasn’t as clean as I hoped either, an oily frying pan in the cabinet, the floors needed better cleaning and the covers on the couch could use washing. Hate that there aren’t more rentals in the area to choose from.

Great value and location

The home was a "work in progress" as described. While that may sound like "not ready for prime time," the house had what we needed. However, the beds in the third bedroom are very uncomfortable and need to be replaced.

Adequate for 4 people

Good place for 4 individuals , beds in secondary bedrooms are doubles , each had own bed , several little things need to be addressed but overall clean and adequately appointed, quite neighborhood . We would stay again .

Nice house in a cute and quite neighborhood

Plenty of room for our family. Enjoyed the outdoor deck to have our morning coffee before heading out for the day. Check in and check out was very easy.

Clean but communication was less than stellar

Overall a Clean home. The furniture is extremely worn and sits directly on the floor in the main room. The cushions have no support. Be cautious stepping up and down the front step it’s very high and steep. With knee issues this is something so consider. The windows aren’t covered which lacks privacy. I had to cover the back door with a cover. The home isn’t luxurious but overall clean. Gaining access to the home was very difficult. The owner is as extremely difficult to get ahold of.
