Come and enjoy the fresh air of the Massif de Sancy, and its sublime views of the Chaine des Puys, by staying in this flat that can comfortably accommodate 4 travellers. Located in La Bourboule, the flat consists of a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. You will also enjoy the enclosed and shared garden of 200 m². Private parking. Sheets and towels not provided. Cleaning to be done before departure.

Located on the 1st floor of a house with two flats, the accommodation is as follows:
- Living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining area for 4 people.
- Kitchen open to the living room: fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed 140 cm x 190 cm.
- Bedroom 2: a single bunk bed on top and a double bed on the bottom.
- Bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine.
Outside :
- Fenced and shared garden of 200 m². The garden is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, and can be shared with the ground floor tenants.

- Two supermarkets: Auchan and Lidl at 100 metres.
- Ski hire shop.
- La Bourboule Aqualudic Centre at 10 minutes walk.
- Local shops: bakery, mini-market, shops, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
La Bourboule is built along the banks of the Dordogne, at an altitude of 850m. A small town with Belle Époque charm, surrounded by greenery, it offers a few steps from a lively town centre, numerous hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tourist routes.
Transport :
- Possibility to park 2 vehicles on the parking lot.
- La Bourboule train station is 2 minutes away by car.
- Free shuttle buses pass in front of the accommodation to get to the slopes.
- Clermont-Ferrand Auvergne airport 1 hour away by car.
