Here for a work trip. Great location as far as commute to and from work. Awesome pizza place right down the street. Ruth was very accommodating as we had to extend our trip a couple of times. Will be back.

Delightful Stay

We travel every summer with my husband. He works for the railroad, and summer is the only time that we are together all the time. We usually stay in a hotel, but wanted more space. We rented apartment A and we’re so pleased with our stay. Everything was clean and wonderful. It felt like home. We loved it so much we are staying again next week! This may be our home away from home this summer!

Perfect for us!

Very easy to get around to the drs. and hospital. Ruth was a very great host helping us with anything we needed. Very spacious and comfortable. I believe that 1 or 2 of the four are rentals and the neighbors were very nice. Really not much of a view, but the little park right next door is very nice, clean and peaceful. Park has two permanent charcoal grills, a heavy duty metal table with 4 sturdy chairs, a picnic table, abundant shade, and a nice breeze. Parking is simple and 20 feet from the front door. I love to cook and the electric stove in the island had a vent, light and was a joy to use. Beds and couch are comfy. The coffee table and a big leather chair are very sturdy but they have ornamental iron legs that are not foot friendly and tight to get around which could easily be remedied by either getting rid of the outdated entertainment center and the big table right as you come through the front door. Just a suggestion. I would defiantly come back and the price was very reasonable. We had everything we needed, dishes pans utensils dishwasher wth provided soap pods. I could live there!! .

This is a 2 story brick building built in the 1970's located just 3 blocks west of the Arkansas State Capitol, originally served as offices of Lucas Merriott Engineers until was sold to us on 2019 and divides into 4 units.

What makes this property unique

The building has been totally renovated on the inside but has remained almost untouched on the exterior to preserve the unique historic and architectural character of the neighborhood, it has all the commodities and safe to of a new residential construction.
