Extra Deep Cleaning Option
We provide high-quality cleaning (2 staff for 4 hours) as standard. For guests preferring “deep cleaning,” we offer it for an additional $300 (please request at least 3 days in advance).

Trash & Check-Out
Trash removal is pre-paid, but guests must remove trash before departure.

May leave One 13-gallon bag limit for cleaning crew; $5/bag for extra trash removal.
Place overnight trash in the garage to avoid wildlife.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM to prepare for the next guests.

Important Stay Details

Occupancy:
Each booking includes up to 10 guests by default, with maximum sleeping capacity of 15 guests. Additional guests are welcome at $40/person/night.

Parking:
Parking for up to 6 vehicles is available on the property.

Waterfront Location:
The property sits directly on the lakefront with an extended dock for fishing, boating, and swimming.

Paddle fishing boat provided

Two single-person kayaks provided

Paddles, seats, and life jackets provided

Please return all paddles, life jackets, and seats to the storage cabinet under the deck in clean, orderly condition so the next family can enjoy them.

Shoes Off Policy:
Please remove shoes at the door to help keep the home clean and comfortable.

Masthope POC Check-in/Check-out:
Please check in with the Masthope POC (Public Safety) upon arrival to obtain your amenity passes, and check out when departing.

Pets:
Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance by the owner (additional cleaning fee applies).

Amenity passes are available for $10 per person per day (max 12 passes). These passes give access to:

Masthope offers an excellent ski area with patient instructors, a variety of terrain, and gradual progression opportunities for all skill levels. Perfect for families, with more advanced terrain for experienced skiers and snowboarders.

Enjoy breathtaking views, warm service, and delicious food year-round with live entertainment and special events. A beautiful banquet room is available for weddings and events.

The Marketplace at Masthope:
Conveniently stocked for essentials, fresh baked goods from Defilippis Bakery, and daily lunch specials. Special orders for pies, cakes, and pastries are available with two days’ notice.

The Stables at Masthope:
Home to ~20 horses, offering pony rides, trail rides, arena rides, and private lessons year-round. Closed-toe shoes and long pants are required for riding. Petting zoo available for children.

The Fitness Center:
Fully equipped with machines, yoga, Zumba®, cardio, stretching classes, and personal training sessions.

The Beach at Masthope:
Enjoy Westcolang Lake with boating, fishing, water skiing, swimming, volleyball, bocce, a playground, and a Beach House with food service and showers during summer.
