Estamos ubicados en Main Street, en el corazón de toda la acción. Si está intentando alquilar para Sundance, desplácese hacia abajo para obtener instrucciones. Todos los restaurantes mejores, tiendas y clubes están a pocos pasos, si no en la calle. Main Street es considerado de esquí en / esquí fuera y es un paseo de tres minutos a la elevación PCMR Ciudad de nuestra propiedad. Decks rodean el penthouse condominio 1600 sq. Ft. Cuenta con una encantadora vista de la calle principal, la Ciudad Vieja, y pistas de esquí de Park City Mountain Resort. Hay dos dormitorios y 2 baños completos. Está decorado con buen gusto, con muebles de madera en el dormitorio, muebles de salón de granero de cerámica y obras de arte originales. El condominio tendrá capacidad para 6 personas en camas, también tenemos una cama doble plegable como la que encontraría en un hotel, lo que da un total de 7 personas. El gran salón tiene una estufa de leña, pantalla grande T. V, BlueRay / DVD. El salón tiene muchos asientos con una gran sección y dos sillas giratorias de cuero. El comedor tiene una mesa grande con capacidad para 8. El condominio y la cocina están totalmente equipadas. Estamos a 4 minutos a pie del centro de transporte de Park City, donde puedes tomar un servicio de transporte gratuito a la mayoría en cualquier lugar de Park City. Si observa un intervalo de menos de 5 días en el calendario, póngase en contacto con nosotros y podremos intentar incluirlo. Great stay

Apartment is very comfortable and accurately described. Location cannot be beat and very close to shuttle to Deer Valley. Owner extremely responsive.

Great location on Main St!

If you are looking to stay on Main St in Park City we enjoyed our stay at this property. We walked to dinner at night and short drive to Deer Valley for skiing. Comfortable, clean and nice view. Would stay again!

Fantastic Location

This is our second time at this condo and we love it. It is perfect for a group of friends with a large living and dining area. It has everything that you need for a great stay and is so nice and comfortable.

Ideal for Park City skiing

Great location, host, setup... Location is right in the city... literally 3 min talk to Town Lift. Hot tub for relaxing. Nice open layout inside. Your own private elevator. And the host pays attention to the little details that make for an easy stay-- toothpaste, coffee, salt/pepper, trash bags, etc. Everything you might need is there. I could not recommend this place more.

Great spot in Park City

Great location in downtown Park City that is a short walk to the Town Lift (even our 6 year old was able to carry his skies for the walk). Spacious condo that was perfect for our family of six (parents and 4 kids ages 6 to 14).

Christmas in Park City

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely return here! Jennifer was phenomenal in making sure we had everything we needed and went out of her way to ensure our stay was memorable, even so much as helping us purchase a real Christmas tree and sharing her own vintage ornaments for us to use to decorate. We loved our holiday here!

Ideal stay

Simply put, it is a very nice place in a great location. Host was very helpful. We had a great time. The hot tub…outdoors but with the privacy of a rooftop. Just perfect after a day of hard skiing. I’m reluctant to share this positive feedback because I would be really disappointed if this condo was booked when we return to PC.

Homey apartment in a wonderful location

Loved the location. The toys that were available for our kids were really nice. The host went out of the way to set aside sleds for the kids. We made use of the kitchen for family dinner and the hot tub was well-enjoyed as well. The heating was effective despite sub-zero temperatures.

Great property and great location

This property was so convenient for our ski vacation. Walking distance to the town lift, Aprè, and great shopping. There was no need for a vehicle the whole time we were there. The condo was well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Dealing with Jennifer, the host, was also a great experience. She was very nice and accommodating. We got a chance to meet her in person at her Art Gallery as well which was nice. The views from the hot tub on the deck overlooking Main Street were amazing after a long day of skiing. Given the opportunity I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Ski Week in February

We loved our stay at this property! There were six of us and my daughters and their boyfriends were in one room and my husband and I were in the other. The beds were extremely comfortable - the hot tub was awesome after a day of skiing and the location was perfect. Jennifer was very responsive if we had a question but everything was pretty self explanatory. We didn’t have a car and it was not needed for our week. The bus station was very close but we only took it once. Everything we needed was in walking distance.

My Perfect Place in Park City

I hate to say too much, because I want to be able to rent this place again. The photos are accurate, and everything was so nice and comfortable. There were four of us, and we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the condo. The unit well stocked and Jennifer left us a welcome treat and had baskets in each bathroom with wonderful extras that we weren't expecting. For those who ski, it is just a short walk to the Town Lift in Park City and the Travel Center if you want to catch a bus to Deer Valley. A parking pass is available, but we didn't have a car and just used the bus to go everywhere. Everyone in my group wants to come back and others are already asking me for the info on this gem.

Excellent location!!

Overall this was an exceptional VRBO condo. Jennifer that owns it is one of the nicest hosts you will have. The condo is nicely decorated. It is on Main Street above the Timbre Art Loft (this will help you find it because there are no street numbers on the building). Finding it during daylight hours is ideal. I always read reviews to help me figure out if it is a good fit for my family. Here are the pros and cons to help you see if it is what you are looking for. Pros-BIG. Much bigger than the pictures look. The hot tub overlooks Park City and you can see one of the ski slopes. Absolutely beautiful out there. Nice and hot and well kept. There is another porch with chairs and a grill. This is the rooftop penthouse which is cool. My kids had fun shoveling the porches. Lots of outdoor space. -Decorations new and pretty. Living Room is very comfy. -location: 5 minutes to deer valley or park city. we actually walked to park city ski resort one day, maybe 15 minutes. the city bus is right around the corner. we had a car and parked for $20 extra per day. I liked having a car, but have been to park city without one. Cons- ****The fireplace has not been used in years. Do not get your hopes up. Kids were disappointed. Part of our ski vacation is always cuddling up by the cozy fire. It is very tiny so even if it did work it would not give you that ski vacation ambience. We tried to start it with the one log and no luck. Looks like the previous guests had the same problem because there was one black but unburned log left there. -Kitchen is old and lighting is poor. I did not enjoy cooking in this kitchen like I usually do on vacation. It worked and Jennifer was super nice to bring me a crock pot! -The bunk beds were mentioned in other reviews. Whoever gets the bottom one cannot sit up in bed. It is a double over double and they are close together. We have bunk beds at home that the kids can sit up in but not these. They just rolled out so they didn't hit their heads. -Showers had low water pressure and we had to make sure to space showers out to have enough hot water. Think of this as old park city charm. -Wifi is SLOW. We actually left a day early to go to a hotel to take nice hot showers and use the wifi to download movies to everyone's iPads for the long trip home. They had been trying to download for days in the condo and it took about 20 minutes in the hotel. ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO*****

To address the previous review. Thanks for the feedback! WiFi is now on an exclusive account, and is fast! We don't have a fireplace, it is a wood burning stove with a glass door. It does work, but it is quite different than a fireplace. We have tried to stock the kitchen with lots of additional small appliances and amenities to make up for its lack of designer pizazz. New lighting will be coming soon! Running out of hot water is not a comment we have ever had before. The water heater is quite new. The water pressure is not going to knock you over, but is still quite functional considering we are in a historic district. We are happy to try some pressure increasing shower heads.

Great location in PC

Central, great location, close to shopping, dining, and town ski lift. Couldn't have asked for a better spot to be in. Jennifer was responsive with any questions. Convenient (free) parking adjacent with provided pass. Entrance into condo is through lockable elevator. Kitchen was stocked with coffee, condiments, sugar, salt. Loved the hot tub on the deck. Before we came I was worried about street noise , but other than some rare cackles on Saturday night, it was relatively quiet. TV / Cable / Apple TV took a while to figure out, but otherwise no problems, and we enjoyed our stay.

Great place in downtown Park City!

This is an awesome property on Main Street, just a few blocks from the Town Lift. It’s furnished beautifully and stocked with everything you’d want. Jennifer was easy to reach and checked in on us by text during the week. The extra touches (spices and coffee station supplies, and perfect toys for our toddler grandsons) were so appreciated!

Cozy condo with awesome location.

Family of six had an amazing time in Park City with this super cozy condo in the heart of Old Town. Jennifer was a great host who communicated with us before, during and after our stay to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. The highlight of this condo is the location, in the heart of Old Town, steps away from shops, restaurants, public transportation and best of all...the town lift. The only downside of the condo was that the kitchen was a bit dated. We didn't feel comfortable cooking large meals in the kitchen and chose to eat out or order take out often. But with amazing restaurants steps away, who wants to cook after a long day on the slopes! We feel in love with Park City and look forward to coming back.

FL-Park City getaway

Amazing vacation! The property is great, especially for families. My children are 11 & 7, and the queen bunk beds were such a hit. We vacationed with another family, who also stayed in Park City, in which we hosted a dinner 1 night and watched football. Plenty of space to entertain and our friends were very jealous of our place. Location is perfect! Communication from host is probably the best I've ever experienced with VRBO. Parking can be a bit of a challenge when the mountain is busy, but we figured it out. Overall, a great vacation and a great place to stay. Thank you!
