Two of them have a double bed in the dimensions 180x200cm or 160x200cm. The third bedroom on the upper floor has two single beds (90x200cm) and is child-friendly. The fourth bedroom is in the basement and offers another sleeping possibility for one person.
The living room offers enough space for cozy evenings thanks to a large sofa. Here you can watch TV or end the evening by the fireplace.
The dining area seats 6 people. Another table is on the covered terrace in the outdoor area with space for 11 people. There is also a hammock that invites you to relax.

The rental of this property generally refers to Spanish law, in particular to Law 29/1994 of 24. November of urban leases. For this reason, the property is made available for seasonal use. This contract does not offer any kind of tourist service to the tenant. The contract only includes the use of the property.
