This Cozy Lodge # 6 sits back... up from the River a bit, maybe one minute walk. It's quite large (1793 sq ft) lodge. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths. It has one queen bed, two "full size" beds and two "twin size" beds.

PRICE FOR LODGING is $300 PER NIGHT (UP TO 6 GUESTS).

We have strict and firm "NO pets" policy.

All linens and towels are provided. Full kitchen with big LG fridge, microwave, and conventional oven, cook-top, coffee maker, cookware, utensils. Large dining and living room with fireplace.

Nice porch facing the White River and picturesque bluff. Outside grill and fire pit.

There is a boat dock and access ramp for the river. Boats can be rented from near by State Park (870-431-5557.) We advise to reserve them ahead of time.

Our location is in the beautiful the heart of Ozarks, 2 miles below Bull Shoals Dam.
The combination of clean crystal waters of Bull Shoals Lake and the White River, pure fresh air, wonderful hills covered by massive forest, amazing flora and fauna, peace and quietness make it one of the best places for escape, for trout fishing, for relaxation and recreation.

Very pleased with the cleanliness of this place. There was plenty of space and close enough to the water. The kitchen was well stocked with pan and utensils which was very nice.

Close to the water

This was the perfect little get away! Walk to the water or dock to go fish! Clean house to stay in with all the amenities. Great hosts!

Family Vacation

Place was clean, they had everything we needed, pots, bowls, etc. Had boat dock. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean, lots of room, pleasant

great experience. needed a place to stay for an event nearby, this had lots of room, clean comfortable. Host very pleasant and helpful. Property is on the river, we came for the lake, so we didn't use the river access, but it was pretty.

Nice stay

A perfect location on the White river, Arkansas ! We had a terrific stay, lots of room, owners live on site and are very helpful and friendly. We were there to relax, fish and slow down a bit. I gave 4 stars because only full size beds, my husband is 6”2’ and his feet hung over the ends and it is very dated. If you want luxury, this is not the place. If you want beautiful water, Trout fishing, and lots of room for family vacay , I recommend. B

Good proximity to river and decently equipped with LOTS OF BEDS

We were looking for a good spot by the river to hang out and this did it. These cabins are really meant to have a big group of people to go boating and fishing. It is very utilitarian. The policy is non smoking, but all the smokers of the past have left their mark. The sign up front advertises wifi, but it was almost like having no internet at all. It’s ok though to have bad internet when you are down by the river.

My relationship with this river goes back fifty years. I've continued the business that my parents started. I grew up here. Over the years I've developed many hobbies. I always returned to the river without hesitation. I can't imagine a life away from these waters.
