Renovated home in peaceful downtown Cotter. Walking distance to the river and Big Spring Park. Best outdoor area in all of Cotter! 200 Ft of string lights make for peaceful evenings on the deck! Wonderful outdoor spaces include: fire area, lots of outdoor seating, large deck, gas grill, covered parking for 2 cars, and lots of string lights for evening enjoyment! Inside the home boasts an up-dated dine-in kitchen with modern appliances, spacious living room with hardwood floors, two bedrooms, and laundry. Located on a beautiful street with great neighbors. Property is pet friendly but limited to dogs weighing 35 pounds or less. $50 nonrefundable pet fee will apply and pets should be declared at booking.

What a wonderful stay! We're sad we didn't have to stay longer. The host reached out prior to our trip with a ton of information from what's available in the house to all of the local dining options. The large kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There is a Keurig and also a drip coffee maker. The large fridge is there for stocking all of your snacks and dinner (if you want to cook!). Also, there is an ice maker (in case you forget to bring sone.) There were plenty of towels, items you may have forgotten (like body wash or band-aids), tons of board games, plenty of TV streaming options, easy door access, comfy furniture and the MATTRESS! Ugh we fell in love with that mattress. We walked around the town (it's hilly so be prepared) and the whole place felt safe and cozy. I can't recommend the house and the hosts enough. We'll definitely be back.

We had a nice relaxing stay with everything we could possibly need. We went swimming at Big Spring park every morning and evening. Then came home and made supper had a blast on the back porch. Picked a few tunes, and slept like the world wasn't out there at all. Thanks Amy,Wes, and Wally

We had a lovely 4 day weekend and this home is perfect & lovely. We enjoyed our stay because it’s only 4 blocks from The White River, nice relaxing deck, peaceful out back and it’s a lovely updated home. The price s very reasonable. We will return next year. It can comfortable sleep 4-6 people and I actually loved the house more than being down at the River.

Fishing Paradise

Came to stay so I could learn to fly fish with Mr. McQuay. He was awesome and so was this property. Very well stocked, very clean and the host was very easy to communicate with. Will definitely recommend to anyone heading to Cotter

44th Anniversary trip!

This property was great for us. We were in Cotter to trout fish and the location was great. The house itself was very clean, well equipped, comfortable, well maintained, and felt like home. We would definitely stay there again. The check in and out process was easy and communications with the owners was very easy and always quick responses. Loved it!

Cozy Comfort

What a cute, cozy, comfortable and clean place to stay. We enjoyed our stay so much we asked to spend another night. The owners have gone above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. They have a large, beautiful deck to hangout on. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you might possibly need. I will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. The best bang for your buck. I highly recommend this home.

We love being outdoors in beautiful Arkansas - fishing, hiking, and canoeing are some of our favorite things. This home in Cotter, Arkansas is one of our favorite getaways! We decided to open it up as a short-term rental so that others could share in visiting one of our favorite places!

This neighborhood is wonderful. It's quiet and residential. Across the street from our place is a Youth Center (Community Center) that has pickle ball courts, basketball courts, and a playground. It's a quick 10-15 minute walk (or 3 minute drive) down to Big Spring Park.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our outdoor space is the best in all of Cotter! We have 200 ft of string lights to enjoy the large deck and firepit area. There is also a large yard attached to the property so that you can really spread out and enjoy being outside.
