The villa was exactly as described and more than enough space for our party of six (5 adults, one child). The large balconies off the upstairs bedrooms provided exra outside space to sit and the large daybed on one of the balconies was a lovely place to read. The villa complex has eight condos with parking spots and is an easy walk to the restaurants. I'd recommend renting a scooter or car to go to the beaches. I cannot say enough about the company that managed the villa. The communication was excellent. They set me up in a chat group just for the villa and booked all of our airport transfers as we came at different times. They assisted with scooter and car rental and notified us with the times the staff were coming to clean the villa or change towels. They also provide tour bookings and personal chefs if required. I can honestly say that they made everything seamless and I would recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in the Nai Harn/Rawai area.
