Esta lujosa y contemporánea villa de 3 habitaciones es el lugar ideal para que una familia o un grupo pequeño se relajen en un lujoso paraíso tropical. La piscina de la villa está muy cerca, saliendo desde la sala de estar abierta. En sala de la azotea con área de barbacoa puede comer al aire libre y divertirse, y la característica única de agua ayuda a refrescar el ambiente. La villa tiene la opción de tecnología de última generación, como sistema de música interior y exterior, control táctil para las luces ambientales e Internet inalámbrico, siempre estará conectado. Hay 2 habitaciones en la planta baja, con cocina abierta, comedor y área de estar que da a la terraza de la piscina, piscina privada y jardín tropical grande. La habitación principal en la planta superior es adjunta y da hacia la azotea.

Beautiful villa with a lovely pool, the photos don’t do it justice, walking distance to the beach and plenty of nice local shops nearby, host provided travel to and from the airport which was incredibly appreciated, not to mention cleaning services to make sure that the villa was kept nice while we were staying there. Would highly recommend.

Great Villa!

Lovely villa, very well maintained and plenty of towels, kitchen equipment etc. Check in and check out was fuss free and very straight forward. Will definitely stay again.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay

Great location as easy walk to grocery store and beautiful beach. Fantastic night market nearby as well. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Manager was lovely and available to answer any questions. My flight was delayed and there was no problem letting me stay and late checkout, even organised transport to airport. Highly rate this accommodation.

Phuket Dreams!

Beautiful home, well constructed, well maintained, tastefully decorated, in a nice housing compound with good security. The location in Bang Tao is excellent and close to many shopping sites in the area. Overall, excellent value for money. Relaxing

We loved staying here to get away from the tourist areas. The pool is so inviting to relax after being out and about all day. The only downside is that it would have been awesome if it had a third bathroom, since one bathroom is upstairs with the master bedroom and the other bathroom is downstairs and 2 bedrooms have to share it. We were 6 adults so sometimes all were using the bathroom at the same time. I suggest you include that there is a clothes washer, which that helped tremendously! Laddawan, the caretaker was prompt in responding, which we really appreciated, thank you!

Skønt hus, med beliggenhed i et roligt område. Vi havde lidt udfordringer med at finde huset, men det lykkedes i sidste ende, ved kommunikation over telefon. Indkøbs muligheder i gåafstand og ligeledes til stranden.

This is a great villa in a fab location

This villa is in a great location near Boat Avenue and Bangtao beach. The villa had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchen. I would recommend this villa to others.

Juste WOW!

Superbe propriété, située à 10 minutes à pied d’un petit super marché et des guichets bancaires et à environ 25-30 minutes de la plage de Bang Tao. Quelle tranquillité! La piscine est impeccable et nettoyée aux deux jours. La communication avec le proprio est exemplaire. Sur place, Mme Laddawan est d’un professionalisme sans faille. Elle peut vous aider à trouver ce que vous chercher et avec whatsapp, vous avez vos réponses dans les minutes qui suivent. Le transport de et vers l’aéroport est inclus dans la location, en ce qui nous conserne, on est même venu nous prendre à notre hotel au lieu de l’aéroport. Sans hésiter je recommande cette propriété, un petit bijou pour se sentir chez soi et bénéficier d’une tranquillité absolue si on le désire. Cette propriété est en tous points identiques à la description Merci encore à Laddawan, Lek et bien sur Robin

Family holiday at Choeng Thale

We‘ve spent a great time at the amazing villa. We loved the pool. The contact (in advance of our stay) with the owner was very kind and uncomplicated. The lady (Aiojai) from check in and check out was very helpful and gave lot of useful information... The villa was well equipped, spacious and very clean. The surrounding area was also nice: lot of nice restaurants close by, supermarket (Tesco) in walking distance, as well as the Mango market (night market, twice a week) and the beach. We definitely enjoyed our stay and can highly recommending this property. If we go back to Phuket we definitely want to stay there again!

Excellent Villa in Bang Tao Beach!

This is a wonderful villa in a quiet, gated community. We were welcomed personally and given a quick tour of the home as part of the check in process. We were in walking distance to a grocery store as well as beautiful Bang Tao Beach. There is even a great little night market close by that is set up a few days a week. Awesome place to stay in Phuket!

Absolutely stunning villa, Great area! 10min walk to the Beach

Lovely place, gorgeous pool, 10 min walk to the beach, Bang Thao Beach was stunning, Restaurants at the beach were all great. Everything overpriced at the resort compared to the surrounding facilities. Mango Markets round the corner were really great. Few maintenece issues during our sty but all were fixed promptly. Would definitely recommend.

A lovely fully equipped villa, great 2 week stay for 5 adults

This lovely villa exceeded our expectations, it provided everything we needed for the 5 of us. It is private and secure in a safe managed development (The Residence Spa and Villas) with friendly staff. We wanted the space and privacy of a villa rather than a hotel/resort holiday and this villa is spacious and relaxing. Laduan, the lady managing it helped us quickly and efficiently with our requests.The transfer from/back to airport was well organised and convenient. The roads and lanes around the area are relatively quiet and safe - apart from 'rush hours'. The on site restaurant / bar provides great Thai and international food, you can take away or get delivery to the villa, the staff do not speak English. It is just 15 mins safe walk from the relatively quiet Bang Tao beach where there are some restaurants, resorts and bars. The Lotus Tesco supermarket is also 15 mins safe walk. If we come back to Phuket we will definitely consider staying here again and will recommend it to our family and friends.

Very nice villa

Very nice house and swimming pool. The mattress are a little firm for us but quite usual in Asia so we were not surprised ! just for you to know : there is no hifi in the house but not a problem for us. The beach is 10mn walking distance, nice restaurant too. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.

We loved our stay at this villa! The owner Rob was very helpful and fast at getting back to me whenever I had questions before the stay. He also wrote an email to make sure we arrived and that everything was ok. During our time there I had a local contact for any requirements and i have to say she was very efficient. She also organised our transfer to Krabi for us after our stay. We were with our 2 small children who never wanted to leave the pool! Bang tao beach is about a 10 min walk away and although we visited other areas in Phuket it probably was one of the best beaches...atleast in a half hour radius. In the evenings there are restaurants fairly close by and most will even deliver food to the villa in the evenings. The villa has all the comforts and is in a residential area with security 24/7. We we would definitely stay there again.

Great place near beach and shopping but more secluded than other towns. Loved the private pool.

We were greeted by nice lady to get us checked in after being picked up at the airport she arranged. Villa was clean and inviting. Only downside is beds are very hard compared to what we are used to.

In the meantime we are happy to share the pleasures of Phuket - the people, the food, the beaches, the weather - while hoping only to cover our costs.

We love Thailand for its people, its food and its climate. Phuket is a great holiday destination, and Bangtao has a fabulous beach, with the Laguna resorts as its centrepiece. We preferred a smaller community, quieter, but still offering excellent amenities and proximity to the beach (but above the 'tsunami line'), restaurants and shops
