On the Quai de la Chaume, on the 3rd floor with elevator, apartment comprising an entrance, a living room with television opening onto the kitchen. The kitchen includes induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. The living room opens onto a closed loggia and a large terrace overlooking the channel. You will find an awning, terrace and sun lounger furniture and a gas barbecue. On the mezzanine above the living room, you will find 2 80x200 beds pushed together.
The apartment has a separate closed water closet, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a second bedroom with a 160x200 bed and television.
The accommodation has fiber and a private closed garage. Ref APPA266
