Just renovated 1838 farmhouse. From the back yard you can see Beaver Stadium. The kitchen is new with white cabinets quartz counter tops, all new appliances. The first floor bath has heated floors with a heat towel rack.

Graduation weekend

We had a great stay at the Farmhouse over graduation weekend. Very charming house! It had everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better. Would stay again and Lisa is easy to work with!

Exterior needs a good pressure wash Dirty ashtray on front porch... strong cigarette odor. Interior was basically clean. Chairs in dining room need to be replaced/repaired...very wobbly Spray paint on downstairs bathroom wall. No can opener. Location however is ideal! Millbrook Marsh directly across the street! Minutes to campus and downtown.

Wonderful house!

The house was perfect for our visit to State College for a concert at the Bryce Jordan Center. We were dropped off for the concert, and walked home. Less than 2 miles, and about 30 minutes. The house was cozy and well appointed. We will definitely make it our HQ when visiting for another event!

Perfect Spot

This home was lovely and clean and the listing was accurate. Very close to Penn State. And it was right next to a nature reserve which was beautiful. The only minor observations that I could make for improvement would be to have a few more comfy chairs in the living room (just one sofa) and to have a few more trash cans in the upstairs room (didn't have one even in the bathroom) But overall, it was a lovely stay and I would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much.

Great place

My family and I were in State College for a football game and the house was perfect. The outside was classic farmhouse and the interior was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. I had a couple questions during our stay and the host responded very quickly. Bonus - the house was just a 3 min drive to the stadium. I highly recommend the house and the host. We will definitely be coming back.

What a wonderful getaway, especially for a football weekend! A great location near the stadium and tailgating, but still cozy and private. The decor and amenities made it so easy to make ourselves at home and just enjoy.

A farmhouse restored beautifully.

Great location to the stadium...a 20 minute walk. We stayed on a very hot weekend and could have used more air conditioning upstairs or at least ceiling fans to move the air. Otherwise, very accommodating and clean property.

Great location and well renovated farmhouse

We were the first ones to stay here and the whole stay was great! Everything in the house was well thought out and laid out. The kitchen had a great supply of everything you need to cook and the dining table/living room is spacious and open. This is a great place to stay near State College, we'd recommend you check it out!
