Cabin charm!! With irreplaceable views all around the complex. Close to Highway 40 and just 4 miles from Winter Park Ski Resort, which offers free parking. The WINTER shuttle service is also right on the corner, visible from the unit, this will take you into town or directly to Winter Park Resort.
This Unit has 3 bedrooms each with its own FULL size bathroom! On the main floor of the unit, is the Master with a Queen size bed, private bath and private patio. The second bedroom on this floor, comes with twin beds and a full size hallway bathroom. The Upper Loft area is your second Master suite, with Queen size bed, private bath and a wet bar. You will find the stackable washer and dryer on this floor as well, for your use.
The unit sleeps 6 comfortably, but does offer a queen size sleeper sofa for other 2 guests. Fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities to have meals in during your stay, with the local Safeway grocery store conveniently 2 miles away. The location is also very close and convenient to the local restaurants as well.
This unit is clean and features all the amenities needed for your stay. It offers two great balconies, one off the living room with GREAT views; the other balcony off the master bedroom. You will also have access to the outdoor hot tub and exercise facility (Covid could limit availability and access to these facilities). This unit offers garage parking as well.
Stairs are involved. There is however, an unloading area around back to help get things in and out of the complex and drop off individuals.
