This spacious condo is an absolute gem; nestled in the woods you will experience the ultimate mountain escape while simultaneously being steps away from the free bus stop which takes you directly to the Winter Park Mountain. Walking distance from town you will find delicious breweries, restaurants, and shopping. The condo is located in the Beaver Village Condominium complex and is one of the few units with 3 bedrooms and 2 newly remodeled bathrooms. This is a top floor unit which features new carpet, furniture, & 2 stunning wood burning fireplaces along with vaulted ceilings for great natural light and no noise from above! (Building #6).

The condo includes new linens, plush towels as well as a fully equipped kitchen complete with updated appliances. Renters have access to the clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, 3 hot tubs and sauna room! There is free Wi-Fi, plenty of games, streaming access and TV/DVD’s for a cozy night in.

We had a great stay! The condo is very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances. The condo is very inviting and has a mountain charm to it. The proximity to town and Winter Park resort was phenomenal! Within a minute you're into the village of Winter Park and it takes about 4 minutes to get from the condo to the parking lot of Winter Park ski resort. Brad made access to the condo very convenient especially since we had a late flight and came in during late hours. Without a doubt we would stay at this property again. Brad also did a great job checking in to make sure all is going well and his response time was very quick. Thank you!

Weekend Trip

We picked this condo due to its proximity to Winter Park, the bus stop right outside made it easy to get to the resort and we didn’t need to worry about parking. Everything was just as the host promised, I’d absolutely consider staying here again if we come back to town.

Great 3 Bedroom

The place was great. Brad was extremely helpful, and gave great advice and information about the town. We were able to accommodate all our needs. We will look at this place again for next year.

Great property for a family

The condo was extremely clean and spacious for our family of 5. If you're a family that likes to cook in, but have the convenience of town you will not be let down. I'm pretty sure this condo had more cooking pots, pans, dishes and any other place we've stayed. No exaggeration on how close the bus stop is if you're looking to catch the bus to WP - literally down the stairs and you're climbing the steps on the bus. Highly recommend this condo!

Fabulous

Don’t hesitate to book this condo. The Condo is very well equipped. Everything you need to cook or even bake during your stay is in the kitchen. A plus is the nice pots, pans dishes, glasses. There is plenty of comfortable seating to relax after a day on the slopes or enjoying hiking in the summer. We were surprised at how spacious each bedroom is. Also, very comfortable beds and bedding. Actually the entire condo is more spacious than the pictures show. We really liked having the free shuttle, literally outside this building. It made our ski trip so easy. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tubs I. The clubhouse. Brad was very helpful and responded quickly to a few questions I had. Bottom line,this is a very nice condo in a super convenient location for walking into town or heading to the mountain. We will be back this summer to do some hiking, biking and kayaking

Perfect condo for family vacation in winter park!

The condo is well stocked and has very nice mountain decor. All of our favorite restaurants and breweries in Winter Park are within walking distance at Cooper Creek. We really enjoyed getting full use of the recreation center pool, hot tubs, and DVD rental. (very short walking distance and included). All of the bedrooms have vaulted ceilings and there are two wood burning fireplaces. We didn't hear any noise from other guests from inside the unit which was nice and relaxing. Our family also went to the Coca Cola tubing hill which was an A+ if you are not able to go skiing. Brad and Rebecca are great hosts and will ensure that you have a great stay. We can't wait to go back again soon!

Great location and size for ski trip

Perfect spot to access slopes at winter park. Spacious and comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub in community center. Easy ski shuttle access right out front door.

Winter Park excellence

Terrific location, close and walkable to town and feet away from the LIFT stop to the base. Amazing. Well appointed apartment. Perfect.

Originally from NY, my wife and I moved to CO to enjoy more of the activities we love and finally purchasing a place at WP in 2024 was part of that dream that we now get to share with our 2 kids. We love all kinds of outdoor activities such as Ski/Snowboarding in the winter and biking/hiking in the summer. We hope you get to come and enjoy some of this for yourself.

We choose Winter Park because we feel it has stayed true to what we loved about Colorado when we first moved here as well as it's proximity to the Denver metro area where we live full time. Winter Park is a special place with the concerts in the summer and the amazing mountain atmosphere in the winter.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love that our place embraces the original CO mountain Condo vibe with wood burning fireplaces while still having all the necessary modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We love to cook so the kitchen is well stocked with all needed items to make pretty much anything and the bedrooms have updated linens and plush towels to make for a cozy and comfortable stay.
