Je vous trouve sévère. Les coûts de location de draps et serviettes ont été entièrement supporter par moi car vous n'avez pas voulu les payer. Tout était clair sur l'annonce Abritel et l'erreur vient d'une traduction vrbo que j'ai immédiatement corrigé avec le service client. L'appartement fait 46m2 cela est clairement indiqué. Les chambres sont effectivement petites mais vous ne trouverez pas un appartement avec trois grandes chambres aux Menuires au tarif que vous avez payé. Je vous avais trouvé plutôt compréhensive et nos échanges étaient constructifs. Je suis déçue par cette appréciation injustifiée.
