All the amenities you could ask for on a beach vacation! The backyard oasis pool was amazing! So good for family of 5 with friends. Would fit 8 super comfortably. We had 7. Kitchen well supplied with things needed to feed large group. Host was so helpful, especially when I was nervous at booking. Would absolutely recommend!

The house had a well equipped kitchen with spices not generally provided at other rentals. The house was very clean and the pool was heated.Our host was very accessible and gave generous welcome gifts.

This was a great property. It came fully stocked with every thing you need. The kitchen is well equipped, plenty of beach towels, bikes for all ages, beach chairs, pool floats, sand toys, etc. All you need to do is pack your clothes. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the backyard can’t be beat. The pool and landscaping are beautifully designed and it’s so quiet and peaceful. The beach is also only a 7 minute walk. Highly recommend this property.
Pool at night you can also change the light colors, our kids enjoyed that.

Really great property and setup with all the amenities needed for a great vacation. Communication was great. House was clean and well-appointed. Beds were comfortable. We stayed in the house as a group of 5 and had plenty of space. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

Host is the best we've ever had! The pool area is an oasis and allowed for lounging in the sun or the shade, which was much appreciated. Love the location--2 blocks from the beach. Lots of great beach items in garage along with a variety of bicycles, which were used by us daily. Condo was clean and many towels provided. The onsite manager is very helpful, too. Thanks, June. We couldn't have asked for more!

This property truly exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided and exactly as described—if not better. Traveling with limited luggage, we were especially impressed that all pool and beach essentials were already available, saving us both time and money.The pool was absolutely perfect—ideal temperature and a highlight of our stay. Renting both sides of the property was the best decision for our family. Our three teenagers loved having their own space, while we still enjoyed plenty of quality time together. It created the perfect balance of privacy and independence. We would highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The inside was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the owners have graciously stocked it with everything you will need. This is the first time I've stayed at a rental where I didn't have to run to the store for supplies. We like to cook our own meals, so having the 2 kitchens was great for us, and again, these kitchens have everything. We also loved that we could put the grandkids to sleep on one side of the house, and we could stay up and visit on the other side, without disturbing them. The outside is also very nice, with 2 gas grills, 2 outdoor showers, a hammock and plenty of places to sit and eat in the shade. We all loved the pool, especially the grandkids, and used it every day. The pool was just as clean as the house and the water was crystal clear and the perfect temperature. The pool area is nicely landscaped and it was quiet and private. You can tell these owners take very good care of this property. Thank you June & Bob for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

Great property, great owners.

The property was far and away the best-appointed beach house that we've ever rented (of 10+). The owners were on point with all communications and easy to work with. We definitely look forward to staying at 'A Lazy River Day & Night' again.

The house was set up with everything you can think of. Hosts Bob and June were very helpful to answer any questions and were super nice. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything you would need for the week. We spent a lot of time at the pool and and made a few trips to the beautiful beaches on the island. We will be back for sure!

Great vacation

Property nice but do recommend renting golf cart to get to beach and restaurants unless you are fit and use to walking in the heat. Home had everything you need and more

Very nice and well stocked duplex!

Worked very well for traveling with another family! Extremely clean and lots of things included with duplex that made our vacation even more stress free! The owners were very responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

The Day and night house was the perfect place for our family of seven adults (30 something’s to 80 somethings) to spend a week together on beautiful Anna Maria Island.Both sides of the house are well appointed with everything you could need from bikes, beach chairs, flotation devices for the lazy river..washers and dryers on both sides. Four bedrooms and four bathroom bathrooms plus amazing outdoor showers!Since we were with my elderly parents in their 80s, I would point out that the condo is on the upper level and you need to go down steep stairs to get to the lower level where the driveway and pool are located.House is centrally located right in the middle of the island with great access to both the North Shore and South Shore. The owners of the home and the Property Manager are all easily accessible and super friendly and helpful.

Extended Stay

What a great place! We rented the whole duplex, perfect location, quiet road, enjoyed having the bikes, plenty of pool items, floats, cozy outside furniture, etc. This house was more stocked with essentials than any other place I've stayed. The owners were truly wonderful! It couldn't have been any better for our extended stay, we LOVED it...thank you!!

Everything you need for a great family vacation

This property had it all. Appreciate the starter toiletries, towels, coffee, and beach supplies. Short walk to the beach and the bikes we perfect for the kids getting around the island. Highly Recommended

We loved this property. The house was stocked with everything and anything you could possible need. The house was super clean. June and Bob checked on us several times to see if we needed anyhiing. 10 minute walk to the beach and the perfect size pool to cool off after the walk back. We loved our evenings grilling by the pool. We will stay again if we visit beautiful Anna Maria Island again.

Great Stay

Great house with amazing hosts! There is nothing you need. They have everything. All up to date. Nothing worn down and old feeling. Very clean. House was close to everything. Pool was a major plus! Communication with the host was the best.
