Stay in this Contemporary 2br., 1 1/2 bath home located in the Pleasant Grove community. Located close to TAMUT, Saint Michael's Hospital. Enjoy the climate controlled patio complete with pool table, wet bar and TV viewing area. Or stepout the sliding glass door onto the 1,000 sq.ft. Trek deck to grill, play corn hole or sit in one of the hanging chairs in the covered portion and you might see a deer at the back feeder. This 1 1/4 acre property makes you think you are in the country. Why stay a hotel when it could feel like you are at home.

Lovely stay

The home was very comfortable, enjoyable for our grandchildren who came to see us while we were there, and the owner was very nice. Enjoyed the stay very much.

Wonderful

A great place to stay. Very quiet and so easy to get to. We were at a function at the fairgrounds and it was an easy 5 minutes drive to and from, even with construction!! Definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Beautiful, peaceful and comfortable property!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The house is open and spacious, cozy and comfortable. The large sunroom is a fantastic entertaining space. We loved the huge outdoor deck area and scenic views of the property. It was so peaceful and relaxing - a place we would definitely go back to!

30 Days in Texarkana

Initially the home looks great, quiet and safe neighborhood. Photos of a few things in the house that will definitely need to be addressed by owner pertaining to their cleaning crew were sent to them. This would be a great place to use if you were visiting a student at the local university, only 5 minutes from campus.

Great stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay! You felt like you were in the country, but there were neighbors. It was very quiet and peaceful. Very clean and lots of storage in the kitchen if you like to do some cooking while away from home! We spend an entire day on the deck and an evening on the screened-in porch (which was amazing)! Highly recommend.

Like a second home

The Powers are wonderful hosts. Absolutely wonderful home. Could not ask for anything better. It is literally like staying at a friends house. Anything you could need to make your stay there enjoyable and relaxing is provided

Fun and unique

We were in Texarkana for a week long cattle show. The house had just as much outdoor living as indoor. Very comfortable and fun. My 9 year old was mesmerized by the koi pond.

Excellent location, very clean home, and Billy the owner super guy. Top notch highly recommend !!

Rent a lot of homes during my travels and this was truly one of the best. Very spacious clean home, in quiet safe neighborhood. Billy the homeowner is a great guy who made sure we enjoyed our stay and we had everything we needed. Home has nice backyard for grilling, cornhole if you enjoy games and even a pooltable in the bar room. Will definitely stay here again if back in Texarkana area. 5 stars all the way!!!

AMAZING! Best experience in Texarkana PERIOD!

There are times a property doesn't live up to the pictures, the locale, or seems embellished a bit then there are properties like this that AMAZE you! We have stayed in 3 different rentals in Texarkana (all 4.9 start +) and this is HANDS DOWN the best of the 3 it deserves 6 stars, I would buy this property I loved it so much. Clean, quirky, organized, fun, pool, darts, games, cornhole, tranquil koi pond, nature, deer in the morning, 10 minutes to a neighborhood Walmart, 2 minutes to Bringle Park, 5-10 minutes to restaurants and an owner who is responsive, professional, and kind! My wife, college daughters agree, there is no reason to look for any other property in Texarkana ever again. This is the property. Great Great Great!

Lovely!

This house is fabulous! It is decorated so well, and had more amenities than I have at my own home. After a long drive, they had fresh eggs, coffee and cream as well as any kitchen item you could ever need! The enclosed porch is a gem as well as a koi pond, simply spectacular! The beautiful glass throughout the house is elegant and decorations so tasteful and creative! We will definitely be back! Thank you!
