Bella Vista Retreat is a luxurious home nestled above a lovely deep-water cove (great for swimming, fishing, and boating) with outstanding views!

The house is ideal for accommodating a large extended family or gathering of friends who enjoy water activities or just entertaining indoors and outdoors in a beautiful lakefront setting. This property has it all with your own large in-ground salt-water pool (seasonal), a separate 6-person hot tub, an outdoor kitchen and dining area with an outdoor television, a community dock with a designated boat slip. Every bedroom boasts views of the lake. The house is conveniently located less than 4 miles from major shopping and restaurants in Hartwell, GA

You will appreciate the new high quality custom designer furnishings throughout this home. The large open main floor main living area has everything to offer as your primary entertainment area. Completing the main floor are three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with his/her walk-in closets. The second bedroom boasts a king bed, and the third bedroom, a comfortable queen bed. Both the second and third bedroom are equipped with nightstands and a private closet.

Also, the main floor hosts a Chef’s Kitchen with modern appliances and accessories. An extra refrigerator and freezer are available for additional storage in the laundry room. An office space is provided with wireless internet.
The upper level contains the fourth bedroom which is equipped with four trundle beds to accommodate up to eight people. Also included, is a TV.

Last, but not least is the impressive large outdoor living areas. Step out of the house, and you are immediately greeted by a beautiful outdoor kitchen that features a granite countertop with a sink, dorm size refrigerator, and a built-in stainless grill. There is plenty of seating space with multiple decks and well-appointed seating areas at the pool.

This home is pet friendly with a 2 dog allowance and pet fee per dog. Breed must be approved by management prior to arrival.

The property was amazing! Perfect for hosting a large family! The views were gorgeous from the house overlooking the pool and the lake! The accommodations were clean, open Spaces for large gatherings, and the outdoor area was phenomenal! Loved having the pool to keep us cool in the hot weather and when we were not on a boat! We had a wonderful time at this home! It’s just a special place and the perfect lake getaway! The Kitchen is stocked and well prepared for big families. The teens loved the kayaks, the game room and the kid sleeping room on the second floor. They have their own private areas. We all loved the pool and the patio. It was an amazing family vacation! Everyone in our group loved the house, starting with the decor, it has more than you need to make your stay perfect!We wanted to come back in the summer, but the property is booked at times we can visit. Beautiful lake house

We had a wonderful stay here at Lake Hartwell. Just a long two-week family trip with our two boys. Kevin was a great host - answered all questions quickly prior to our trip, and we only reached out once during the stay and he was very responsive and helpful. House and kitchen are fully stocked and it is a very clean and a really beautiful home. We rented a boat and had no problems using their nearby reserved community dock space. Lots of fun playing ping pong in the cool game room every night. Was just what we needed and would definitely return if coming back to this area again. You won't be disappointed!

Nice and relaxing

This home was perfect for relaxing, playing cards, eating on the covered patio, just hanging out and unwinding. All great things to do when it’s too chilly to be near the lake. We chose to visit the Hartwell Animal Safari as a local activity. Super fun thing to do and hilarious!
