New house on Lake Hartwell with a pool!!

Brand new beautiful lake house directly on Lake Hartwell. Spacious home with cozy and warm decor. 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths that allows plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the peace and quiet of the lake. Top notch pool and hot tub by the gazebo so you can enjoy the outdoors day and night! Fully stocked kitchen and grill on the deck for the chef in your group. Enjoy the sunset at the private dock or go for a nice swim on the deep waters.
The space
Lake access with a share dock, to spend a nice time on the water, or you can relax on the spa or swim on the pool!
Guest access
There are a couple of closets that will be locked, where we keep our personal belongings, so we can share this great space.
Other things to note
The spa will always be heated free of charge.

Pool heater will be available between the months of March and October for a daily fee of $150 additional to the amount charged during the stay .

Beautiful location

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property..: pool was a great for our younger kids who really don’t enjoy all the experiences a lake can offer and the lake was great for our older kids. House was great!

Fun Family Getaway

We traveled with family ranging in ages from 9 - 90 and had a wonderful time. We especially enjoyed having the pool to enjoy along with the lake. It was located in a quiet cove. Also, the outside kitchen was great!! The owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Perfect long weekend

12 of us stayed at this gorgeous home for a long weekend and loved it. I can’t say enough about Katia and how responsive she was any time I had a question. She was extremely helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend this property!

Retired ladies get away!!

We made wonderful memories together at your beautiful property. Loved the kayaks, pool, hot tub, grill/fire pit areas. Perfect location and easy access to the beautiful lake. House was very comfortable and accommodating. Loved the atmosphere. Hope to return next year!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Great house

This house is amazing. The pool and hot tub were awesome and the dock with kayaks was so fun. The house is spacious and well stocked. The owner was very quick to respond when we had questions. I would definitely rent this house again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to spend time with family and friends.

Great Experience

The house is as described. It has an open floorplan which worked out great for our family. The pool and hot tub were used daily. You could not ask for a better location on the Lake. We docked our boat behind the house which was very convenient. If we weren't on the boat, we were swimming off the dock. We had a GREAT experience.

Great place.

Very quiet. Beautiful west facing lake view. We enjoyed the pool and spa. The volleyball net was down and not usable. Plenty of pots/pans. The sink at the grill station wasn’t working. Grill area is awesome. Great experience. THANKS

Great vacation

House is great. Just like described. We spent lots of time on the covered patio by the pool. Perfect for morning coffee and games even in the rain. Rented the neighbors boat and spent a wonderful day on the lake. House had 4 kayaks. Had a couple minor issues and the owners responded immediately. We enjoyed this property and would definitely return.

Annual Summer Vacation

When we first arrived, we thought we may have gotten too small of a house. Quickly, we realized that it was perfect! There were plenty of beds, couches, and seating in the kitchen for dinners. The outside pool area was amazing for all the kids and adults. We come with 2 fishing boats and all the supplies for water sports, the dock was a great size for all of that. We had an overflow of trash in the middle of the week and asked if we needed to sit the trash out by the road on a certain day, they responded with the trash being removed almost immediately. We rented the pontoon from the neighbor for a day, so all the kids could ride together…even though it didn’t go as fast at the bass boats, they really enjoyed it. Thank you for a fantastic stay and we hope to come back next year!

Great property but outside needs some love

The inside of the house was great, clean bedrooms, large kitchen, etc. Outside the pool skimmers were so jammed back with toys (not from us) and pine straw there was not much flow to the pool. The pool also shuts off when the hot tub comes on so much of that debris would flow back into the pool. The awning was nice to have when sitting outside to get out of the sun however there are many dormant wasp nests and cob webs that need to be dealt with. The dock also had a wasp problem, we had to spray several times. If you want to rent a boat get the neighbors information he rents for much cheaper than most others.
