Chalet Bellanis is an OVO Network property. It's a three-storey chalet for 11 guests, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The OVO Network team’s opinion -

Situated right next door to the Palais des Sports, the water park and the tennis courts, and just a few minutes from the Super Morzine and the ski bus, it's ideally located for those who enjoy the great outdoors.

Families in particular will love the range of activities available just a short walk away - there are gentle walks along the river for young families and the Parc Dereches has a huge choice of activities for older children - horse-riding, street hockey, a skatepark and tree-top adventures are just some of them. Summer or winter, there's always something going on just minutes from this convenient home.

With bedrooms spread across the three floors, there is plenty of privacy for separate families or multi-generational groups. The three bedrooms on the top floor, two of which are ideal for children, make a great family area, although it's worth noting that there is no toilet or bathroom on this floor.

We love the practical ski room with a heated boot warmer and laundry facilities - none of your sports equipment has to go upstairs into the main house! The sunny wraparound balcony is also a great place to relax after an energetic day in the mountains.

The owners of this well-loved chalet have been visiting since their children were babies, and have always found plenty to entertain their growing family. It's not difficult to see why - with so many facilities on your doorstep, there's plenty of fun to be had!

We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. Perfect Location and Cozy Chalet

Great Stay with Minor Design Challenges

Excellent, convenient. A few design challenges—low ceilings in the two upstairs bedrooms and no bathroom upstairs. But apart from those things, which can't be changed, we loved it and had a wonderful holiday there.

Love to stay again.

This place is well located next to the Super Morzine gondola and close to rental/retail shops, restaurants and the supermarket. The ice rink and swimming pool are right next door. Lifts to the village are 100m away. Our group had a great time and I would stay there again. Chrissie the chalet manager was very responsive and the place was well stocked with the basic things you need for a good stay. The washing machine was not working, but Chrissie managed to get someone to look at that when we were there which was appreciated. Unfortunately the wifi wasn’t flakey, but none of us were working so it wasn’t a deal breaker.

We'll be back!

This property has everything we need including washing machine, tumble dryer, heated boot rack, the list goes on. All bedroom are very cosy and so clean, the bedroom downstairs in the garage is totally soundproof from the areas above (if you need privacy) and the kitchen facilities are extensive, plenty plates, cutlery, dishes, glasses. We have been before and would certainly go again. The location to the main lifts is excellent too which accesses either Morzine or Avoriaz.

Truly perfect for a large family!

This place is truly perfect for a large family. We have such fond memories already! Chrissie is amazing for anything you might need. The location is perfect. The view is truly serene. The double height ceiling in the couches area gives such a nice feeling.

Very conveniently located chalet.

It's only 5 mn walking distance from downtown Morzine, the ski lift, ski rentals, post office and Carrefour Market. The chalet is on a road so the views and landscapes are not ideal however the chalet itself is well equipped, easily accessible, cozy and functional. The chalet manager is very responsive and provides great recommendations along ski rental discounts at nearby shops.
