Situato sul lungomare del centro, avrai una vista meravigliosa e sarai in prossimità di negozi, ristoranti, eventi, parchi e la spiaggia. Questa è una struttura adatta alle famiglie molto richiesta quindi assicuratevi di prenotare in anticipo. L'ormeggio in barca costa $ 35. 00 a notte.

Questo appartamento con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni con vista lago può ospitare un massimo di 8 persone e prevede un soggiorno minimo di 3 notti a maggio e giugno e un soggiorno settimanale con un arrivo di sabato a luglio e agosto.

La cucina comprende una gamma completa di pentole di alta qualità, piatti e altro ancora. La cucina comprende un frigorifero full size, una gamma full size con piano cottura a gas naturale, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e doppi lavandini.

L'area da pranzo è composta da un grande tavolo e un bar da cucina. Insieme possono ospitare gruppi numerosi fino a 10 persone. La zona pranzo, il soggiorno e la cucina sono tutti molto aperti con molta luce.

La zona giorno ha mobili in pelle scura con tavoli in legno massello. Il divano letto matrimoniale può ospitare 2 ospiti aggiuntivi per gruppi più numerosi.

La camera da letto principale ha una vista sul lago, la sua terrazza privata e il bagno. Il letto matrimoniale ha un materasso pillow top con piumino. La doccia principale è sorprendente, rivestimento personalizzato, pavimento in pietra naturale e spray ad alto volume.

La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con materasso pillow top e piumino. Il bagno principale in comune si trova dall'altra parte della sala.

La terza camera da letto è piuttosto unica. Avevamo questo letto su misura con una regina piena sul fondo e un gemello in alto. Questa è un'ottima camera per la 3a coppia o per le famiglie con bambini che hanno bisogno di un po 'di spazio extra per dormire.

Il condominio ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice a pieno carico frontale. Forniamo tutte le lenzuola, asciugamani e teli mare per il vostro uso.

Niente cucina come il Weber Genesis BBQ. È collegato al gas naturale e sempre pronto a partire.

Il soggiorno e ogni camera dispongono di televisori ad alta definizione con lettori blu ray e accesso Netflix. Goditi un film o il tuo programma preferito da qualsiasi stanza.

Beautiful setting directly on the Lake. Spacious condo with access to pool and hot tub.

Excellent location close to restaurants and brew pubs. Comfy beds, nice balcony and full service kitchen. Will stay again

Awesome space and location

We were a family of 7 and had lots of room. Location was amazing to see the sights by foot or car. Kitchen was fully stocked to cook or bake. Beds and furniture comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and water front. The check in lady was very kind and easy to get ahold of as well as the owner. We will definitely book here again on our next stay in Kelowna.

The building and condo are as described, very spacious, comfortable, and centrally located. The check-in was awkward as cleaning had been finished but the staff did an excellent job making sure the condo was very clean. It didn't bother us but the indoor pool was closed for repairs. Overall a great stay

Run down, owner disappeared!!

The location was fantastic; however, the suite and furniture was run-down… furniture pealing and broken, top bunk is impossible to get into, gym is right below so could hear banging of weights constantly. Fireplace didn’t work, showers drained very slowly and shower ceiling was rotting!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We live out of province and were only recently allowed to travel to BC to inspect the condo. When we arrived we found it did not meat our high standards. The lack of care by both guests and cleaners during COVID was very disappointing. Guests had been cleaning our leather sofa with alcohol wipes and it destroyed the leather. We quickly replaced the living room and bedroom furniture with high end beautiful furniture. The shower had a mildew spot from a leak and the ceiling was also replaced. The drains were also serviced to ensure they drain well. The fireplace works with a switch on the wall as it should. Now that travel restrictions have been relaxed we will be able to check on the condo regularly. Guests can have confidence that they will receive quality.

Perfect Location

After looking through several Kelowna area VRBO's, we thought that Greg's condo would be the perfect fit for our girls only cousins weekend! There was nine of us (ages 39-51). It is very spacious with plenty of comfortable beds (don't forget about the mattress stowed under the bunks)(we missed that the first couple of nights....must have been the wine tours lol). The location was perfect. We walked along the waterfront, went to nearby restaurants and also went to the casino a couple of nights! The outdoor pool was closed but we did use the hot tub and pool. Very clean and not overpowering chlorine smell. The condo had plenty of towels for everyone and we never had to do laundry due to running out. There was a constant security presence at any hour of the day and night. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great condo with excellent location

We recently stayed in this condo for a family vacation. The condo was clean, comfortable, well-maintained and the pictures are very accurate. The master bedroom was advertised as a queen bed, but they have recently upgraded to a king sized bed, which was very appreciated and very comfortable. The washer/dryer in the unit were so useful with our young kids. The location is great. The beach is a short walk away and lots of restaurants and parks nearby. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are clean and well-maintained. They were never very busy. Overall we had a fantastic stay. The only suggestion we would have would be to have some emergency supplies such as flashlights available. There was a power outage because strong wind blew down some power lines and there were no candles or flashlights in the condo.

Lovely condo & great location

We were pleasantly surprised by the size & amenities of this condo - which was larger that we expected from the pictures. I had some difficulty communicating with Greg - responses were delayed and at times I didn't hear back at all. Donna was the site manager and she was accommodating and helpful - however, we were told we could park our large truck & boat trailer on a specific back street while we were there & both ended up being towed & left us with a $350 impound charge & a lot of stress! Another major issue was that we were never notified about the boat lock to get in & out of the lagoon -- we'd mentioned we've never been to Kelowna so were not expecting this & it would have been very helpful info. It took us awhile to figure it all out & we felt it limited our lake access waiting for line ups of boats to go out (twice we had to turn around & go back to the condo), & boating was our primary purpose of our vacation. We also had an unpleasant experience while we were unloading groceries in the front drive-through when a tenant from the neighbouring condo came out & yelled at us for "parking" there (our truck was still running while we were unloading groceries). Anyways, I have never given less than 5 starts on a VRBO -- so while the unit was beautiful & well-appointed, communication lacked & some big inconveniences made the trip more stressful than it needed to be.
