111 m² large idyllic Non smoking house (semi-detached) in the small dreamy fishing village Kamminke on Usedom with 5 minutes walk to the beach with harbor and fish restaurants on the Szczecin Lagoon. Quiet location. In every season a great resort. In the morning you are awakened by chickens and gulls. Before the house unspoilt meadow overlooking Mill. The imperial baths and many attractions of Usedom can be reached by leading past the house "Feininger Cycle Route" in about 30 minutes. Thatched, 2006-2007 newly built house in North German style with modern high-quality interior, which leaves almost nothing to be desired. Us Hus was designed by us as a family retreat. Over the years, many cherished details of the equipment were added. And since our family also enlarged and since January 2018 our 4. In addition to the new generation, baby cot and safety seat are also available.
Carport for 2 cars and shed with patio furniture, barbecue and 4 bicycles (for bicycles no functional guarantee! ); Terrace with electrically adjustable external blinds and exterior lighting.
Thanks to the sliding fly protection door and fixed fly protection windows, flies and mosquitoes stay out even with an open living atmosphere.

The object is a semi-detached house. Our terrace extends wind and sheltered behind the house, the neighbor's side. Therefore, direct contact is impossible, you can enjoy your privacy!

To all allergy sufferers: Kamminke is located at the Szczecin Lagoon, hence it is subject to weather conditions especially in the early summer to increased mosquito emergence. All windows and doors in the house are protected by insect screens!

Wir hatten eine großartigen Aufenthalt mit 3 Erwachsenen und 4 Kinder in diesem gepflegten, super ausgestatteten Ferienhaus (incl. Fahrräder für alle).Kamminke ist toll: nicht so touristisch und idyllisch am Haff gelegen. Trotzdem nahe Swinemünde und Ahlbeck.

So abgelegen wie erwartet

Wir waren mit 9 Personen dort, davon 4 Kinder, dafür ist das Objekt gerade so ausreichend. 9 Erwachsene würde ich für sehr sportlich halten. Die Umgebung ist jetzt eher etwas ruhiger, Verpflegung etc. sollte man auf jeden Fall mitbringen. :)Für eine paar Weihnachtstage im Kreis der Familie, etwas abseits der eigenen vier Wände, durchaus mal eine Überlegung wert.

Süßes Haus am Haff mit toller Ausstattung

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Sehr lobend habe ich die vorbereitenden Dokumente sowie jegliche Beschriftung vor Ort im Haus empfunden, die sehr geholfen haben, alles zu finden und zu bedienen. Alles sauber und die Ausstattung ist toll. Da wir die Sauna nicht in Gang bekommen haben, eine kurze Nachricht an den Vermieter, der sofort geholfen hat. Toll. Für uns mit insgesamt 9 Personen (4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder) und 1 Hund war es aufgrund des schlechten Wetters dann doch grenzwertig eng, da wir dann doch mehr Zeit dort verbringen mussten und die Kinder mehr Rückzugsraum benötigen würden. Das ist aber der eigenen Situation geschuldet gewesen. Mit der Unterkunft waren wir dennoch sehr zufrieden und können diese absolut empfehlen. Vielen Dank Herr Jurke

Tolles Haus

Es ist ein wirklich tolles Haus und wir hatten ein super schönes Wochenende. Einziger bitterer Beigeschmack waren die 145€ Reinigungspauschale die wir nachbezahlen mussten weil wir einen Hund dabei hatten. Extra kosten verstehe ich , aber 145€!? Schade eigentlich, da wir wiederkommen wollten.

Sehr schönes Familienwochenende

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet viele Schlafmöglichkeiten. Sehr begeistert waren wir von den Bädern sowie der kleinen Sauna, die wir aufgrund des Wetters nicht nutzten, allerdings für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt dies gerne nachholen möchten. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war stets freundlich, schnell und harmonisch. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Langes Wochenende

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie für ein langes Wochenende zu Gast und unser Aufenthalt ließ keine Wünsche offen. Im Haus war wirklich alles von Küchenutensilien bis zu Gesellschaftsspielen vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und unsere Kinder (5 und 11 Jahre) konnten sich draußen austoben ohne das immer ein Erwachsener dabei sein musste. Abends haben wir gegrillt und den Tag in der Sauna ausklingen lassen. Wir kommen gerne für einen längeren Aufenthalt wieder.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super für Ausflüge mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad oder einfach nur zu Fuß an den Strand. Der Ort selbst bietet mit 3 Lokalen auch gute Möglichkeiten wenn Mann nicht selber kochen möchte. Die Unterkunft an sich bietet bis hin zum Fahrradschloss und Lockenstab😉 wirklich alles was man braucht. Alles super durchdacht und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Hinfahren, Auspacken - zu Hause fühlen.

Wir haben ein Mehrgenerationenurlaub gemacht und die Gemütlichkeit des Hauses genossen, gerade bei schlechten Wetter. Bei Problemen war der Vermieter immer erreichbar. Wir werden definitiv das Haus wieder in Anspruch nehmen! Die Austattung des Hauses war hervorragend, egal ob im Innen- oder Außenbereich. Durch die 7 Fahrräder Vorort, gäbe es eine super Möglichkeit wunderschöne Fahrradtouren zu ermöglichen.

Entspannter abgelegener Urlaub

Ein ruhig gelegenes Plätzchen im kleinen Ort Kamminke. Kein Stadtlärm nur das entfernte Rauschen der Wellen. Die Saune wurde dankend angenommen und war problemfrei nutzbar. Zum nächstgelegenen Strand sind es keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Verschiedene Einkaufsoptionen ca 15 min mit Auto entfernt. Der Besitzer ist gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich, standuppaddel konnten problemfrei spontan nach telefonischer Absprache genutzt werden. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Kurzurlaub für 4 Generationen

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Unkomplizierter Check-in. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Mit dem Auto fährt man etwa 15 Min zum nächsten Supermarkt. Kamminke ist ein guter Startpunkt für große und kleine Spaziergänge mit und ohne Hund. Vielen Dank!
