Villa Can Pinoi is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Inca next to the historic monastery of Sant Bartomeu and along the lane of the old windmills, offering impressive views of the valley and the majestic Tramuntana mountains. The terrace cannot be seen from the street and opens onto a well-tended, mature garden with a lawn area by the pool. A dense hedge ensures privacy by the pool. On clear days, the terrace even offers a view of the sea! An old olive tree, which gives the villa its name, sits enthroned in the centre of the garden. The two-storey house leads from the entrance area to the lower floor with a bedroom with a small double bed and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms, each with two single beds and a wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom and there is also a large additional bathroom. The house is equipped with solar panels to reduce electricity consumption. From the villa you can easily walk to the town centre of Inca, while behind the house the wide valley begins on the way to Selva. By car, you can quickly reach Palma, the monastery of Lluc or the beautiful coasts and beaches of the north. A versatile location for a varied holiday!
