Te despiertas y te olvidas por un momento que no estás en tu casa. El sol que se cuela por las ventanas te recuerda que estás en Mallorca. Bienvenida.

La mákina de nespresso te prepara un café mientras decides si bañarte en tu piscina privada o si irte de excursión hasta la playa, que está namás a 10 minutos en coche. De repente, el silencio de sorprende. ¿Habrá algún problema?

¿Por qué no están tus hijos gritando y corriendo por la casa?

Oh, claro, tonta de mí. Están jugando arriba en el parquecito con la cocina de juguete, entretenidos al fin con la novedad de la comida de juguete.

"¿Es esta la primera vez desde que soy mamá que podré, por fin, disfrutar de mis vacaciones?" Te preguntas, mientras te inunde el perfume de las encinas con tu café mañanero.

El texto de ahí arriba va de lo que de verdad es esta cara. Un oasis de paz donde pongo mis mejores esferzos para garantizar una experiencia maravillosa de tus vacaciones en Mallorca, cuidando cada detalle.

Y aquí tienes la descripción que mi cuñado (ese que todos tenemos) me ha recomendado con insistencia.

Maravillosa villa familiar en una zona residencial. Rodeado de un hermoso jardín y piscina privada + jacuzzi y barbacoa. La casa tiene en el primer piso un salón romántico con chimenea, una acogedora cocina, 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, uno en suite. Hay 6 aires acondicionados split (frio y calor). Arriba hay una habitación doble, un baño y la posibilidad de camas para niños. En la planta baja tiene un garaje privado, una sala de lavandería y baño con ducha.

La electricidad se paga aparte el día de la salida a 0.33euros kw / h .

Puerto de Alcúdia y Puerto de Pollensa son excelentes opciones para los que buscan unas vacaciones activas, pero si prefieres sumergirte en la naturaleza, Playa de Muro y Playa de Alcúdia son lo que necesitas. ¿Viajas con niños? Si es así, puedes llevarlos a Parque acuático Hidropark o a Pista de karting Karting Can Picafort. Amazing villa and location

The photos don’t do this villa justice. Really is a fantastic place with plenty to do for all ages. Close to everything and host Katalina was so helpful and nothing too much trouble.

Family Holiday

We had a great family holiday.. the villa is great for families and the pool is amazing...Our grandson who is 2.5 went from not getting in the big pool to jumping in and swimming.. Communication and with Katy was great from when we booked to leaving the Villa... I can highly recommend this villa...

A perfect find!

This is an outstanding property. Ideal for indoor/outdoor living. Lots of space to relax with friends. Extremely well equipped and well situated for the northern towns of Port de Alcudia and Port de Pollenca. Katymary is a very welcoming host and we look forward to returning.

Amazing host and lovely villa

Katymary could not have been more helpful. The property was as lovely and as described with all the extra touches of the welcome hamper and cycles really appreciated. The location is nice and quiet to enjoy a relaxing holiday and nothing was too much trouble for the host. Very helpful information before visit and during. We really appreciated the maintenance of the pool also.

Lovely home for a lovely stay on Mallorca!

Me and my family (total of 7 adults) had a wonderful stay at the villa. We got a warm welcome from Katy's brother and met Kathy and her husband the next day. We got a nice welcome gift (fruits, drinks etc), the house was clean and tidy, has all the necessary supplies (dishwasher, oven, watercooker, coffeemaker etc) and is perfect located to go to places like (Port) Alcudia, Port Pollenca, Inca, Formentor etc. Thank you Katy! We definitely come back in the future because 1 week on Mallorca was too short.

Lovely, luxury house

We had a great time at this lovely, luxury house! It's a beautiful place, the garden is well maintained and the house is very clean. There were a lot of toys to play with for our children ( 8 and 5) such as a bike, a toy kitchen and the pool table. The kitchen is very well equipped, When we arrived Katy provided all kinds of goodies in the fridge and fruits etc. In short: fantastic!

We had the most perfect time.....

The property is incredible and Katy is the perfect host. We found the location to be ideal - about 15 mins from both Alcudia and Pollensa and about 35 mins from the airport. The villa is equipped with everything you need and kept our children entertained all week - even on the day we had a severe storm! We were all sad to leave and hope to return one day soon. P.S. you do have to pay for electricity and after a previous review we were worried about this but paid €135 for a week (8 people) and that included use of hot tub one night during our stay so very reasonable.

Paradise Home in a terrific location

We visited 31/05/25 - 07/06/25This is a beautiful villa with exceptional pool area and loads of space for a family trip. We were three couples (family) and we had bathrooms each, lots of storage and hanging space, comfortable beds in air conditioned bedrooms. Location is wonderful. Location is terrific, Crestatx is a quiet hamlet five minutes out of Sa Pobla which has all amenities (supermarkets, Trains, Pharmacy etc) Fifteen minutes to Pollenca and Port de Pollenca and about the same to Alcudia and the huge beach in Port d"Alcudia. Close to Cala Sant Vincenc which is idyllic.We took a half day trip to the monastery at Lluc which was lovely - mountain drive on a small road but worth it. Trains from Sa Pobla (five mins away) to Palma - very easy cheap way to get into the city. Property was super clean and very well equipped, great outside sitting and dining areas, and lots of parking (we had three cars). Too hot to use the hot tub but it is a great feature. Katy is a great host very attentive and friendly. We had a wonderful family holiday in this fantastic house. Highly recommended.

Great villa!

Host ( Katy Mary ) was amazing. Sorted any issues we had instantly! The photos do not do this Villa justice. It is massive with everything you need for your ideal holiday! Only thing we were surprised ( or I should say shocked at ) was the price of the electricity! For our 10 day stay we had to pay 350 euros. So just be aware of the cost when you are using the air con etc. We did not ( thankfully) use the hot tub as our electric bill would have been much higher!! Otherwise a lovely place to spend your holiday!

Amazing stay

This villa was great for us with our young children. The toy kitchen was appreciated by our 2 year old and the pool was just perfect. Table tennis, basketball and pool were great entertainment. The only place you can walk to is El Chringuito - luckily it’s a lovely Argentinian bar with great empanadas and live music at the weekend. We were anxious about our crawling baby on the terrace as she could have crawled under the gap in the fence and fallen a very long way - something to be cautious of. The beds were SO comfy - we have all been googling trying to see if we can buy the mattresses for home! Our electric was under 100 euros for the week. Used air con in all bedrooms at night but didn’t use the hot tub. Katy Mary communicated really well. We loved our stay, thank you!

This villa was beautiful, both house and gardens were so well kept & clean. Well equipped with plenty of towels (for indoors & poolside), kitchen and laundry utilities. Katy was brilliant and flexible making check in and check out very easy. Myself & our group of 7 adults and one toddler would highly recommend this villa and would love to return. Lots of toys available for children. Just let Katy know if you need a baby cot or highchair. Well located for Pollensa & Alcudia. Such a beautiful part of the island. Approximately 40minutes North of Palma. Katy left us a beautiful welcome pack, this is such a lovely touch. We loved your villa

Perfection.

This is the first time I've arrived at a holiday destination and the property has been better than the photographs. It was spotless, the beds were supremely comfortable and there was not one item of equipment lacking. We had some trips out to Cala St Vincent and thought how nice it would be to rent a villa there. Looking at the pictures they were all crammed in with no privacy. We came to realise how important the space and quietness of the villa was to us. Sitting on the balcony having breakfast it felt like the whole world was ours. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. My wife always wants to go somewhere new for our holidays but I think she will make an exception this time.

Superb family villa in beautiful spacious grounds

We cannot rate this villa and Katy highly enough. Communication with Katy from initial enquiries and throughout our stay was super, nothing was too much trouble. The Villa and it’s grounds are very well kept and so much more spacious than we imagined-we loved the outside dining area overlooking the pool. The swimming pool is superb and all four adults and four children had so much fun! We had lots of table pool competitions too! Nearest supermarkets are around a 5 min drive and we had lots of fantastic BBQs (we’re ordering a bbq like the one here when we get home!!). Very easy to get around the area from here, both on bike (so my husband says!!) and by car. An amazing welcome pack welcomed us when we arrived-a lovely touch! We simply cannot praise this villa enough and none of us want to leave!

Perfect Villa

The discription (uwe) below is exactly as it is. A pefect home with a beautiful garden, a swimmingpool/jacuzzi and everything in perfect condition. An owner that understands his customers. Perfect service, always reachable and if you think something is wrong in less than half an hour they are there ( how to use a whirlpool lesson). Compliment and a model for other villa owners who hire there villa. This is i think the 12 th time we rent a house from home away but this is the best house till now. This house has high quality standard as an electrical gate, wihrlpool, 37/40 inch lcd Sony television with serveral dishes, Dvd player and a complete kitchen from Siemens, etc. Etc. Glad that we could rent it and yes next time if we go to Mallorca we will first look for this house.

Neighbours spoiled the villa for us

Villa was just as good as the photos. Comfy beds, great pool and easy to find. Our little niggles were that it wasn’t possible to walk to restaurants (about 4km to the town centre on a road which is easy to drive, but with no footpath for much of it), and there were several steps up to the villa which I found difficult as I have mobility issues (use a chair). They are clear on the pictures, but I thought there was a front door - my fault. However we had to leave the villa on the third day since the people in the villa next door played loud dance music outside from morning till night, meaning we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor space. Our host said she spoke with them several times, but the music always came back. Since the villa is in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, this was a real shame, so left for somewhere quieter rather than spend the whole week miserable and complaining.

Lovely week with family

We spent a lovely week in this property with 5 adults and 4 children (7-13 years old). There was so much to do for the kids! We were swimming, playing table tennis, basketball and pool non-stop. The house was as promised, ac worked well and it was well equipped. As we knew already in advance, car is absolutely necessary if you stay in this property. There are several nice towns around it, but absolutely nothing in Crestatx. We visited Pollenca, Alcudia, Soller, Valldemossa and Deia and all the distances were short enough. Although we drove around everyday, we only used half a tank of gasoline. Because we were swimming a lot, we would have liked a cleaning of the pool also during our stay. Usually in rental houses like this we have had a ”pool guy” come over every morning. Now it was cleaned only once at our request. We only paid 110€ for the electricity. We didn’t use the hot tub and would turn on the ac only two hours before going to bed in the evening. Then the rooms were cool for the night. The host was very friendly and was always willing to help us. Whether it be an allergic reaction and the need of a doctor or a sandy rain from Sahara. We called or sent a message and she replied right away. 😊 Thank you Katymary!

Wir sind mit der Lacation sehr zufrieden gewesen. Ein großzügiges Anwesen, liebevoll ausgestattet, super sauber. Im Herbst waren der schöne und saubere Whirlpool und der Billardtisch eine nette Abwechslung. Katy ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die sich um alles kümmert. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr gut. Fijne vakantie gehad in dit verblijf. Precies zoals op de foto's. Vriendelijk ontvangen, gevulde koelkast bij aankomst. Veel te doen voor de kinderen. De wijk is saai met alleen (vakantie)villa's, dus verwacht hier geen vermaak. In Sa Pobla is niets te beleven, maar Pollenca is heel leuk en op maar 10 minuten rijden afstand. Met de auto ben je ook zo op het strand. We hadden wat luidruchtige buren, maar daar kon de eigenaar ook niet zoveel aan doen. Enige minpunt was dat het zwembad niet goed schoon was, vieze plukken haren, ook in de badkamer veel haren op de vloer. Verder wel schoon huis. Ook de buiten whirlpool werkte niet goed. Daarom 4*.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Finca, insbesondere der Pool mit dem Whirlpool stechen hervor. Zusätzlich steht ein Billardtisch und eine Tischtennisplatte in gutem Zustand zur Verfügung.Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet und es sind kurze Wege zum Esstisch auf dem Balkon. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit einem weiteren Esstisch in der Nähe der Küche. Gepflegte Zimmer und Bäder.Die Finca wird durch die Eigentümer verwaltet und gepflegt, was sich überall positiv bemerkbar macht.Sehr freundlicher und angenehmer Kontakt zur Eigentümerin, die sehr gut Deutsch spricht und stets ansprechbar ist.Wir können diese Finca, auch in dieser nicht gerade zentralen Lage empfehlen. Mit dem Auto sind die umliegenden Städte Polencia, Alcudia, Can Picafort mit ihren Stränden und Inca in ca. 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Grundversorgung ist in Sa Pobla (u.a. Lidl-Markt) in 5 Min. erreichbar.Wir haben uns in der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Finca (bis zu 8 Personen) gerne weiter.

Es ist alles vorhanden im Haus. Es gibt zwar 4 Bäder, davon ist allerdings nur 1 groß genug. Die anderen 3 Bäder sind entweder im Keller oder Dachgeschoss oder wie das on Suite Bad viel zu klein. Beide Sonnenschirme waren leider kaputt und am letzten Tag gab (trotz regelmäßiger Mülltrennung und Entsorgung) ein Problem mit der nun mal vorhandenen Rest-Müllentsorgung. Wir musste kurz vor unserer Abreise unseren Restmüll zu einem Müllentsorgungsplatz bringen. Was grundsätzlich zu organisieren war aber uns sonst, laut Verwalterin, 100-, extra gekostet hätte und sehr unfreundlich kommuniziert wurde. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet liegt allerdings nahe einer Strasse die stark befahren und deshalb sehr laut war. In den ersten Tagen hatten wir zudem eine Gruppe junger Leute zum Nachbarn, die ebenfalls relativ laut waren. Klimaanlage, Ausstattung und vorallem der Pool haben uns viel Freude gemacht. Trotzdem würden wir nicht wieder kommen.

Hi! My name is Katy Mary and I would like to introduce you my lovely family. We are five people and we live in Sa Pobla. We enjoy spending our free time in Es Llorer (Crestatx). My husband and I love sunbathing while our children are playing in the pool, but our oldest daughter prefer to read next to the new font we built recently in the garden. Oh, and my little boy is in love with the fishes from the fontaine!!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Regrettably we don´t live in this wonderful villa because we are from Sa Pobla, a town next to Crestatx (2.5km) and my three children have different school hours in the morning and in the afternoon. But we are lucky because our flat is just in front of the school :)

However, we spend every free weekend we can in Es Llorer.

If you are searching a natural area, Crestatx is your place. It's a suburbs area at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. It's perfect for long and quiet walks or for riding bikes. The villa is surrounded by a spacious garden, having the neighbors about 20m away from the garden. Futhermore, you can have wonderfuls grills in our big charcoal barbecue.

The house is equiped by all necessary home staff. By the way, it's spacious, lightly and aerated.
