Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, but we do want to clarify a few points for future guests. Our advertised check-in time is after 3:00 PM. You arrived at approximately 11:00 AM and, although the cabin was not yet cleaned and ready, we made arrangements to have it cleaned and prepared for you as quickly as possible so we could accommodate an early arrival. The property has a brand-new HVAC system, and we personally check the air conditioning before every guest arrives. On the day of your arrival, the thermostat was set to 70° in preparation for your stay. When I arrived after you were locked out, you also confirmed that the temperature inside was comfortable. When you accidentally locked yourselves out, I immediately left San Antonio and returned to Bandera in less than an hour to assist you. I also helped with the lockbox, which had already been used to retrieve the key upon arrival. We take cleanliness and guest service very seriously and work hard to provide exactly what is represented in our listing. This property is a rustic Texas cowboy cabin—not a brand-new hotel—and the photos and description are provided so guests know what to expect before booking. We understand that every guest has different expectations, and while we’re disappointed that the property wasn’t the right fit for you, we appreciate the opportunity to clarify these details for future guests.

It’s on city sewer and water so I can’t help that. Usually happens every so often when the city is working.
