Nous n'avons utilisé le studio uniquement pour dormir et prendre le petit déjeuner, nous avons de la famille et amis à Sanary sur Mer.Le studio et idéalement bien placé, on peut tout faire à pied.

Un magnifique séjour

L’appartement est très beau, bien organisé, propre, seulement un détail : la chaleur ; si un ventilateur pouvait être ajouté, ce serait idéal. Sinon, accès à tous les commerces possibles (grandes surfaces, marché magnifique et dynamique, boutiques souvenirs). Revenir à l’appartement le soir est très agréable, il est très cosy.

Je ne crois pas qu’il était précisé sur l’annonce qu’il n’y avait pas de draps et pas de wifi… actuellement je pense qu’il est préférable pour un loueur de majorer le coût et d’avoir une box pour une trentaine d’euros par mois .

Excellent séjour

Studio très agréable à vivre (une semaine en couple). Idéalement situé au centre-ville de Sanary. Merci à Agathe pour l'entrée dans les lieux. La place de parking dans la résidence est un atout évident. Une belle sortie en mer, des randonnées sur le littoral et sur les sentiers du massif. Nous reviendrons !

Nous avons séjourné une dizaine de jours dans ce logement « la Bastide », et avons apprécié la localisation du bien et son confort. En effet la résidence est agréable et est proche des plages et du port à pied.

Belle bastide dans un lotissement bien entretenu avec places pour garer sa voiture. Endroit tranquille à deux pas du port de Sanary à pieds. Accès par portail avec code. Propriétaire attentif. Une bonne addresse!

Belle région. Bonnes balades côtières hors saison

Logement spacieux,bien aménagé et équipé,rénové. Mais manque d'isolation thermique( plafond haut,porte non étanche à l'air) et phonique. Travaux à l'étage pendant presque deux semaines, même le week-end, de 7 h 30 à 20 h en moyenne.

Désolé que notre voisin ait entrepris des travaux au moment de votre séjour. Celui-ci ne m'avait pas informé au préalable Il n'y a aucun travaux habituellement. Mille excuses pour la nuisance occasionnée.
