A large ensuite PRIVATE bathroom with a shower lies steps away. Find a flat screen TV, Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge adding to the comfort of your home away from home. A table with 2 chairs sits outside your room so you can enjoy your surroundings without having to go too far.

Although just a leisurely walk to downtown, off street parking is provided on a first come first serve basis should you require a vehicle. A shimmering, shared pool lies steps from these serene accommodations. Catch some rays on the second-floor sun deck with ample loungers showcasing vibrant tropical views with a generous island breeze. Live like a local and make the most out of your island escape!

It is first come first serve and if there is not a space available upon arrival you may park on the street in front for free (do not park in a residential permit space!) until one becomes available, or even for the length of your stay.

Amazing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying overnight in Key West and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The estate was beautiful and very well kept. We loved the grounds and the heated pool. The location was perfect, especially with having bikes to get around to just about everywhere. We plan on staying here again.

Beautiful but impossible to sleep

The property is very well kept and very nice. However the lights from the pool and outdoor areas made our room bright all night. I asked if anything could be done they said no. We had the sheers and curtains closed and could still read at midnight with no other lights on. If we had booked longer we would have had to leave. You could not sleep through the night. Each day of vacation started out with very little sleep. Further the property next door is right up against the rooms and trash cans with bottles being dumped and compacted or broken up, carts and equipment rolling over pavers from next door or this property started between 5am and 5:30am each day. The inability to get any rest on our vacation totally ruined the trip. For what we paid we expected to get rest on our trip. My inquiries were met with either there isn’t any thing we can do or at my insistence the virtual innkeeper would let the owners know. So far I have not heard anything from the owners.

Clean, comfy, and central

This was a very accommodating property with easy check in, clean and comfy room, and a nice central location to everything we wanted to do in old town. The amenities — coffee, water, oranges, candy, and towels — were wonderful and were a big part of our overall satisfaction with our stay.

Mini Vacation

We flew in on a Thursday, Uber from airport to Old Town. We never needed a car the whole time. Everything was within walking distance or a short drive. Plenty of restraunts and things to do. The residence was beautiful and warm. We were very comfortable and functional. My wife and I loved it.I definitely recommend it.

Weekend at Azul Key West

Overall our experience was positive but less than we expected after a previous visit a few years ago. The hosts were exemplary - communications and response to questions was great and the property was immaculately maintained. Based on our previous stay, we were disappointed there was no breakfast buffet/coffee. Also, while we appreciated the nighttime lighting for security purposes - the lack of blackout curtains resulted difficulties sleeping due to the near-daylight light levels in our room.

Clean, Safe, Easy walk to Duval

We thought the unit was clean, the location was convenient and the inn keepers were very accommodating. We’d definitely stay at the Azul Home again.

My only suggestion would be to put more shelves or a table in the bathroom. There is nowhere to put toiletries except a very small shelf over the toilet.

First Time Visitors

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was conveniently located in walking distance to so much. Common area was comfortable but stays unlocked 24/7. The room itself was accommodating and bed was comfortable; however, it lacked amenities in the bathroom to store personal items. Site lacks washer/dryer for guests use. Parking accommodations on sight were not sufficient. Communication with property management could have been better prior to checkin ... arrived to an already opened room which caused some confusion b/w us and property manager since this was not typical checkin procedure.

Ambrosia Azul is Okay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Azul in Key West on Truman is just a few blocks from Duvall Street and where the action begins. The room was clean, the bed and pillows comfortable. The room does show some aging and the blinds do not quite block out the outdoor lighting at night so the room doesn't get really dark. The ceiling fan has one speed-high and rocks in it's base so it 'clicks' all night. The pool is a great feature and we used it a few times to cool down and relax. I would recommend a friend to stay with the above items, however next time we will be trying another location as there are so many.

Nice property but communication and parking are problems

This is just my personal opinion. Property is nice with lots of very nice touches. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off. Now the negatives. There is only enough onsite parking for 4 vehicles plus one handicapped parking space. The neighborhood is very busy and congested and street parking is very limited. You are very reluctant to move your your car after checking in for fear of losing your parking space. Secondly, I only received information on how to access the lockbox to get my room key the day of my arrival only after my room was available for check in. This created a bit of anxiety for me not knowing if everything was ok with my reservation and if I was going to be get into my room after driving hours to get to Key West. I finally received a message from the hosts around noon informing me my room was ready along with instructions on where to find the lockbox and how to open it to access my room keys. Again, this was just my experience and I cannot speak for other guests.
